Elegante apartamento colonial en el barrio alto, con plaza de parking privado, sala de estar muy acogedora y amplia con techo y travesaños de madera auténtica, 2 habitaciones, baño y cocina. A muy pocos minutos a pie de bares y restaurantes. El piso está totalmente equipado, con aire acondicionado y calefacción, y da a una calle tranquila y sin apenas tráfico.
