Monthly Rentals in Farmington

Gary, was a great host and very accommodating while we were attending the Razorback Baseball Regional. It was a quick 10 min walk to the stadium, or just a two min scooter ride with one of the rentable scooters around town. All in all I’ll be back to stay at Gary’s place again.

Great place to stay for Razorback games. Everything was as described and we enjoyed the proximity to campus. Will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay in Fayetteville! I was greeted with the sweetest pups and they kept me company while I enjoyed the porch. My stay was very quiet and peaceful. The bed is comfy and you have everything you need for a stay. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I hope I can stay again soon. I recommend staying here over any of the hotels in town.

This place was as cute as the pictures. We felt right at home and enjoyed the lovely decor and clean home. Beds and all furniture was comfortable and that is a big deal to me. Fenced in backyard was nice for my dogs. My husband worked easily the entire stay so Wi-Fi was very good. Niki and Davis are great and so happy to help any way that they can. The neighborhood itself is a community of duplexes and none of them are maintained as well as this property, but neighbors all seem nice and very quiet. There are many dogs next door and across the street, so just something to know. It was not a problem for us but the barking next door when letting dogs out was something we had to work around. We took many walked around this peaceful area and to surrounding neighborhoods. Would definitely recommend.
