The main bedroom, bathroom, laundry and coffee/wine bar are on the lower level. Guests need to be able to navigate steps both inside and outside the home. There is a parking space for one car. A short drive to downtown Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham, and also to fabulous & historic Detroit.
