The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

You’ll love the stylish decor of this spacious, easily accessible King-bed bedroom with work desk. Private entrance, and your own private shower room and toilet (sole use). Please note that utility room is a shared space and we may need access to our washing machine and tumble drier (which you are welcome to use too). French doors lead to a south facing, sunny patio with outdoor sofa seating and expansive garden-scape. Parking right outside, 10-15mins walk to Farnham station.

Modern, bright and spacious apartment in the centre of Farnham town. Brand newly decorated. FREE on-site parking! There are two double bedrooms, bathroom with bath, a large fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living/dining area. This 2nd floor apartment has excellent double-glazing making this centrally-located flat quiet and peaceful despite being surrounded by the superb mix of shops, restaurants, bars and other entertainment facilities on offer in lovely, historic Farnham.

The Bolthole is set in a beautiful quiet location, near to very lovely Bourne Woods and walking distance to two renowned local pubs; The Spotted Cow and The Fox.
