This apartment is quiet. All exterior. It consists of a living/dining room with a kitchenette, balcony with views, sofa, smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, cooking utensils, Nespresso and traditional coffee maker. Full bathroom. The Borda de Costuix is located in the middle of the mountain, 4 km from Àreu, and at an altitude of 1723 meters. The cabin offers spectacular views of emblematic peaks such as Pica d'Estats or Monteixo. We live in a society where complexity has become a part of our lives. Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!
