🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper's House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen, and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery, which has a renovated bakery oven.

Idyllic house in the countryside. The house was built by my great-grandparents about 130 years ago. The old timber walls have been picked up, and much of the old style is preserved. Now refreshed with colors that reflect the Listing. Ocean, beach, sunset and forest. Bright and spacious bedroom with 4 beds, as well as an extra bed in the dining room. Living room and dining room, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom and hallway. The house consists of two floors, but it is currently only on the 1st floor of about 90 sqm which is prepared for rent.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Welcome to our beautiful cabin, in a quiet area with a stunning view! Here you can have a quiet holiday surrounded by great nature and sun from morning to evening. Short distance to both swimming and fishing on the jetty of the cabin area or at Åpta Camping. 15-20 minutes drive to Farsund city, a cozy little town with a few shops in the city itself and a small shopping center. Several beautiful beaches along the entire Lista coast that are worth experiencing. 1.5 hour drive to Kristiansand, nearest airport - Kjevik.

Forget your worries at this spacious and peaceful place. Basement apartment of approx. 90 m2 with nice view. 1 bedroom with a good 180cmx200cm double bed. Large living room with sofa bed, spacious kitchen and bathroom with the necessary equipment. Bathroom with sauna!! Nice outdoor space with 2 seating area and sun until late evening! Note: We live above the apartment, so there may be sounds of creaking floors. We also have a little boy who loves to run around. You can hear a few small footsteps from time to time

The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!
