Take a break and enjoy the tranquility of scenic surroundings close to Gudenåen. The house oozes simplicity and relaxation, and is right for you, who weigh more than luxury. The house is close to nature and forest and only about 300 meters from Gudenåen. The house consists of kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 sleeping places. Outside there is a large sunny terrace, and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

In scenic surroundings is historic Grønbæk Præstegård 1757. The conference room, which consists of its own entrance hall, kitchen/living room, 2 rooms and bathroom for rent. Pick up a freshly laid egg, pick berries, or take a stroll in the amazing outdoor areas. The confirmation room is at the opposite end of our private home and with a private entrance. 5 min to Ans ( shopping etc.). 15 min to Silkeborg (nature, restaurants, culture, shopping) 45 min to Aarhus ( with everything the city has to offer.)

Bodil's Cottage

On your way to the garden house you have to go through our lovely garden, you can walk around our pond, enjoy all our beautiful flowers and plants, we won the garden of the garden price 2024 The house is furnished with wood on the walls, small bathroom with shower, kitchen and direct access to orangery where you are welcome to sit and enjoy or eat. The bed is in the loft, where there is a skylight window so you can enjoy the stars, the wilderness bath can be purchased if you want and come here in.

Smingehytten er en bjælkehytte som ligger ugenert omgivet af marker, å, enge og skov. Hytten ligger med adgang til Gudenåen og med Gjern bakker som baghave. Hytten ligger tæt på Gudenåen, 50 m., men ikke direkte ud til åen. Hytten er omgivet af uspoleret natur med fred og ro og et rigt dyre- og fugleliv. I området omkring hytten er der rig mulighed for aktiviteter som mountainbike, vandring, golf, kano, kajak, badeland, ridning mm. Hytten ligger 15min. kørsel fra Silkeborg og 45min. til Århus.

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. Ideal for Mountainbike weekend. Access to bicycle wash, storage and heated workshop. Direct bike path to Silkeborg city center. It is possible to rent a canoe and depart directly from the property. Access to secluded terrace and garden.

Lovely apartment in rural surroundings, located in the sea highlands, right between Aarhus and Silkeborg. From the apartment there are great views to the south and west. There is the possibility of using our fireplace, wood is included. It has its own terrace with morning sun. We have a huge herb garden , so during the season it's possible to have fresh vegetables. The farm has horses, cows, chickens, and turkeys.
