Both are exclusively for your use. 🏡 Privacy & Space You'll have the entire upper floor to yourselves – your private area includes all bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The ground floor remains empty and is not shared, but you can use the shower bathroom downstairs if desired. The house and the garden is not shared with other guests – enjoy peace, privacy, and space all to yourselves.

In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

Alpenu Hütte, well guad duad

Servus im Alpenu, our small hideaway at 1,044 meters above sea level in the Allgäu Alps. With a lot of love, we have transformed a former alpine hut into a small retreat for - up to 4 adults and - Up to 4 children created. A lot of wood, glass, stone and passion were processed here down to the smallest detail and you can breathe completely undisturbed here and leave everyday life behind you.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

On the terrace and from inside the house you can wonderfully observe the landscape, the atmosphere on the shore and the lake as well as the sunrises. The property is in a very quiet location outside the village and is suitable for those seeking peace and quiet who like to be surrounded by nature.
