Der Ortskern mit Geschäften ist fußläufig in max. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Studio (ca. 30 m²) mit eigenem Eingang, Doppelbett (1,40 m), Einzelbett (0,90 m) und eigenem Bad. Die Essecke mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr und Besteck. Geraucht wird bitte in einer extra "Raucherlounge". In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich eine Firma, die unter der Woche zwischen 07.00 - 16.30 Uhr für "akustische Eindrücke" sorgen kann. Für deinen Hund hätte ich gern einmalig, fünf Euro Einigungsgebühr.

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.
