Remo is a calm man with whom you can have a good chat. He speaks many languages, we communicated in English and that went well. The price-quality ratio is absolutely right. It is a bit dated but well maintained and everything you need is present. I was there for 2 weeks to go mountain biking. It is a perfect base for this. Everything can be done from the front door. To the west, the hills and Noor, to the east, the valley. Also great for gravel. And a shed to put the bike(s) in. Super!! I have cycled more than 750 kilometers here in 2 weeks, and it has not yet become boring!! Highly recommend!

I can say enough about his beautiful Airbnb. My husband and I stayed for four nights, and Alistair and Maria were the most gracious hosts. From start to finish we felt welcomed and cared for, and the cottage itself - not to mention the grounds - was simply gorgeous. Nestled in the little town of Macciano, the cottage has great proximity to so many beautiful towns, attractions, and restaurants. We took multiple little day trips and were able to cover a lot of ground, and still be home in time for a dip in the pool and a glass of Prosecco with our charming hosts. Maria even offered to cook with me one night, and I had the opportunity to learn about the local fare, all lovingly made from scratch by Maria. This is a very, very special place filled with beauty and tranquility. We can't wait to go back!!

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was very accommodating, provided clear instructions to get in, and even helped us ahead of time coordinate a driver for a wine tour day and helped us coordinate bringing in a private chef. We were very appreciative for the support and the quick replies. The home is a beautiful authentic Tuscan home, and the pool was wonderful. Would recommend staying here! Also the air conditioning was perfect considering we stayed during some very hot days. Like other reviews, the water is not potable which wasn’t an issue just bring in lots of extra water. The water when showering and washing your face has an odd smell given its well water, so just be prepared. Thanks for a great stay.
