Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

Le gîte est situé au cœur d'un magnifique parc arboré de 4800 m² cloturé, offrant une véritable immersion dans la nature. Notre chalet de 110m² peut accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 6 personnes.

Détendez-vous dans un SPA haut de gamme 5 places face à un écran géant, pour profiter d'un film confortablement installé dans l'eau. La Suite 1925 propose également un bar Rétro Chic décoré d'objets chinés du début du XXᵉ siècle et une terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la nature. En été, le SPA laisse place à une PISCINE INTÉRIEURE chauffée à 33 °C, un espace idéal pour profiter de l'eau à l'abri du soleil et des fortes chaleurs.

Come and get some fresh air in this comfortable, equipped and heated trailer, in the middle of the forest, very quiet You can work (very high speed WiFi), cook, eat together on the terrace with a view, not overlooked, no neighbors, with independent access. Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Our charming little independent house of 28m2 is located in a remote location 4km away from Peyrelevade in the fresh air of the Plateau De Millevaches. You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people. If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.

Charming apartment at Lake Vassivière, on the Broussas-de-Maulde peninsula, with access to the lake on foot in 3 min/200 m, supervised beach, parking, terrace, restaurant. In the Millevaches Natural Park, there are also many opportunities for hiking, outdoor sports, etc. Our accommodation is close to art and culture (contemporary art museum, cultural events).
