Family-friendly holiday rentals in Faversham

My friends and I had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect touch that made our trip even more special. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Sam was an excellent host! She caters for every need and is very warm and welcoming. The treetops has everything you need, was very clean and tidy and the hot tub was a bonus. We will definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone! Would give 10 stars if we could.

We have spent half term at Lisa’s place, the house is very spacious, located in quiet residential area, about 10 minutes walk from the train station and 25-30 from the town centre which was exactly what we wanted. Lovely large property for our group of 9, we love the gym and hot tub plus a basket of goodies on arrival was an unexpected touch. We had a great stay and was so lucky with the weather too, did lots of small trips with kids so train station nearly was very handy. Would definitely recommend it.

Aidan & Wendy were perfect hosts. We had an amazing relaxing time despite walking 18.2k along the stunning coastline! The barn was the perfect place to retreat to. Aidan was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived and it was a pleasure to stay with them. I have already recommended them to a friend 🙌🏻

What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

The view and access to the beach was lovely.

We stayed at Nina's in the Easter holiday with our two younger children. All of us were left enchanted by her beautiful home! we would love to revisit in the near future. The living room and open plan kitchen was perfect for our family. We enjoyed eating our meals with the garden doors wide open. I must say the garden stole the show with it's spacious hot tub! It's situated in such a mesmerising location where you look out to fields. Sheep can be heard constantly- something my three year old absolutely loved! We miss the serenity of the countryside and the beautiful views from the house! Definitely worth a visit! The surrounding areas are simply superb!

I had a wonderful stay here with friends. The house was perfect for our needs, spotlessly clean, well equipped & tastefully decorated, just as described. The beds & bed linen were so comfy & luxurious too! Sophie was incredibly helpful & responsive to any questions that I had. I hope to return again one day!

We collected and returned the keys from a house about 200m from Laura's place. Laura was flexible with both our check in and check out times, which was really helpful. The house itself was really comfortable with lots of bedroom storage. There is a small garden with decked terrace. we used both as it was so hot. Parking is easy with one car, but I recommend reversing into the drive. You can certainly park 2 cars but it will take care. The bedroom upstairs is very spacious but warm, however Laura has provided a fan and there are several windows that open. The downstairs double is also spacious with lots of storage. We didn't use the bunk bed room. Whitstable is very interesting with lots of independent shops and restaurants. Our party are all seniors and decided to drive to the station car park and walk from there. The station car park is probably the cheapest car park in Whitstable. There is a Tesco supermarket 5 minutes drive away. 1 heartily recommend Laura's place.

Lovely stylish home in a great location a short walk from the high street. Parking on the street was a little problematic but there is a car park (pay and display/Ringgo) less thank 5 minutes walk away.

The Bothy is an amazing space in a fantastic location. Quiet, tranquil and definitely off-grid. Helena was a welcoming, friendly and helpful host who provided everything we needed. The Bothy is beautifully appointed and very relaxing to inhabit. There are many places to visit locally if you can tear yourself away. This place is absolutely ideal for people looking to get away from it all. It is described as "off-grid" and it is - so make sure you take fully-charged power banks. We will definitely return!

We LOVED coldharbour cottage…Myself, husband & 2 teenagers. Everything we wanted & more! Perfect from beginning to end. The cottage was wonderful, so full of charm & character & the surrounding views absolutely topped it off, all in all we would give this place 10/10! ❤️

Absolutely great place,it does look 100% way better then what you see in pictures Literally you can get there the most peaceful getaway ,we already recommended this place to friends and we will definitely use this place again Worth for the price 100%.

We had a great stay for a long weekend with the family. The place was very roomy and had plenty of space for us all. Neil was very accomodating to last minute changes.

We LOVE this place! Super relaxing, perfect surroundings. The garden is fabulous, we made the most of the sunshine this weekend!

Amazing location. Lots to do if you do a bit of research. Very tidy and well set up cabin. Had a great time with the kids, can't go wrong staying here if you're a family.

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

A really unique place in lovely grounds. As a family with young children the facilities made the stay for us. The Wing itself is nice full of character in terms of the architecture and decor. The place was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had the essentials. Only thing I’d say is the bathroom and kitchen could do with a simple modernisation but really nothing to worry about, everything worked fine. The family say they would return so that’s the ultimate verdict.
