The apartment is located in the basement of an older well-kept patrician villa in Risskov - close to the beach, forest, light rail and up to several city buses as well as a bike path under Riis Skoven. There are plenty of opportunities for shopping as well as café and restaurant visits in the area. The lease consists of two bright and cozy rooms of 16 m2 and 20 m2 respectively overlooking the flower garden. The apartment has its own entrance, private bathroom and kitchen. Baby equipment (bed, high chair, changing pad, etc.) can be borrowed.

Towels and bed linen freshly washed in allergy-friendly detergent.

Close to cozy cafes, ice cream bars and shops. Lots of great running routes right outside the door. Close to Aarhus with world-class museums and restaurants.

The apartment is only 200m from the rail to Aarhus C (10 min). Buses are also nearby and the popular Bellevue Beach is just 2.5 km away. Rental bikes are close by.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, stove, etc. as well as a good dining area. Extra bedding is available in the living room if you are more than 2 people. We, as a host couple, are happy to be available as much as possible.

The house is located in a calm area of Risskov. Our house is 7 minutes from the beach, local shops and cafes (ice cafe, Emmerys and Lagkagehuset). The forest is nearby, and Aarhus is about 20 Minutes away.
