Welcome to Pasture Bedtime Retreat, your cozy, eclectic cottage nestled perfectly in between La Grange (6 mins), Round Top (10 mins), and Fayetteville (13 mins). This charming guest house offers a unique blend of homely comfort, artistic flair, and modern amenities, including high-speed fiber internet, a smart TV, a Keurig coffee maker, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. After a day of treasure hunting, enjoy the view of grazing cows, challenge someone to ping-pong, and relax in the outdoor space!

Your own cozy hide away in historic downtown Smithville, Texas. Private parking and balcony that is on local parade route, where you can enjoy the cool evenings. Complete kitchen with, full size frig and stove and all you will need to cook a meal. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Enjoy 10 acres of land while sitting in the backyard. The summer heat did not dry the pond and the bass and catfish are thriving! Bring fishing poles and enjoy time by the pond.

Domovina Ranch Cottages ("The FW")

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

The Horseshoe Cottage

Charming Texas Hill Country guest cottage located on 19 acre private family horse farm. Easy access to Hwy. 237, close to Festival Hill and 2.5 miles to the town square. This spacious studio has a queen bed and day bed with trundle (two twin beds). There is also a kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, washer/dryer and closet space. Air Conditioning, Heat. WiFi avaliable. Covered porch with two rocking chairs.

Cabin's decor based on local legend & Broadway hit, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, replete with the madam's bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, & dishwasher. BBQ on the outdoor propane grill and enjoy a campfire under the stars (bring your own firewood). 2 miles off highway. Pets OK with a $25 per pet fee. Up to three. Lovely one room barndominium - The Bastrop Barndo

✦ A modern, but cozy, 600-sq.-ft. Barndominium with full kitchen and bath, one king bed, living room, closet, Amazon, Netflix, Disney+,Roku, and fast WiFi. We built the barndo in 2022, and furnished it for Airbnb. We have a Roku TV in the living room as well in the master room configured with a Amazon and Netflix set up application, which gives you access to the network, This also allows you to log into your own streaming services such as , Hulu, HBO, Cinemax and so on.

Beautiful apartment located upstairs in Quonset barn with high ceilings, tall windows offering natural light. Large deck with Weber gas grill and seating to enjoy water features and Natural surroundings. It has a contemporary custom kitchen and bath with steam shower. Cozy living area with a queen sleeper and a nice size bedroom. Downstairs offers a large seating area, half bath, and full size washer and dryer. For warm summer nights, enjoy an outdoor shower.

J-A Farm Stop

This is a perfect place to spend for an overnight stay or a short trip. The reason for this is because there is no kitchen, only a small fridge and microwave. The breeze way in between the guest suite and the main house is shared with owners but you will have total privacy in the guest suite which is separate from the main house. Our super friendly pups on the property love to greet everyone! NO Cleaning Fee!
