In the bedroom, for example, you have a 1.80 m wide and high-quality box spring bed at your disposal and on the balcony there is a great gas grill (use is free of charge).

Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!
