Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

The Zôme 12 is so called because its structure here is composed of 12 rows. Its architecture is based on sacred geometry, which gives it a very special energy: inside you feel as anchored as you do elevated.  This form gives off a feeling of fullness, sacredness and celestiality. Les Baillessats - a vacation spot for those who seek peace and love the untouched nature. The cozy guest house is located on the edge of our small village, surrounded by a garden and wide meadows. It offers three comfortably furnished 2 and 3 bed rooms and a very spacious living room with an open fireplace. On the large outdoor terrace you can enjoy the wonderful view of the valley, the Gorges des Galamus and the Pyrenees.

Gîte among the vineyards

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
