L'éco-gîte se trouve en pleine nature au cœur de 4 ha nichés au bord de la rivière, une piscine naturelle couverte partagée (ouverte mi-fin Mai à mi-Septembre), d'une terrasse et de jeux pour les enfants. La maison offre une pièce principale avec large cuisine, une chambre pour 2, une mezzanine douillette avec 2 lits simples. Nous sommes vignerons en biodynamie. Proximité de Minerve, Canal du Midi, Gorge d'Héric, Carcassonne...Un lieu de paix et de ressourcement. A partir de 5 nuitées l'été.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

A little further, the Mediterranean Sea will offer you beautiful landscapes through the wild ponds of Leucate and Gruissan.

Close to the medieval city of Carcassonne, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and 40 minutes from the first beaches of the Mediterranean, it is perfect as a base for visits to the region. It can also be used as a stopover during a business trip due to its functionality.

In this charming, pleasant and warm little village at the foot of the Black Mountains, located between Narbonne and Carcassonne. Nature lovers can enjoy many hikes and mountain bike rides as well as tourist or sports activities in the surrounding area (Cité de Carcassonne, the atypical village of Minerve, its many caves, canoeing...) Mediterranean seaside resorts within an hour.

At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.
