300-year-old wooden house with all the comforts

Our house is about 300 years old - a typical Allgäu settler house made of wood, of which there are fewer and fewer. We have extensively ecologically restored it and equipped it with all the modern comforts you could wish for: ceramic stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, oversized shower, washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc. If you heat with wood in winter, the whole house smells cozy. Clay plaster ensures a cozy indoor climate. Right on your doorstep you will find a bakery and dairy.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Die Alte Sennerei Lechleiten ist ein liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus für idealerweise 6 aber maximal 10 Personen. Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist. Gerne wollen wir unser Haus an rücksichtsvolle Gäste vermieten, die dieses Kleinod wertschätzen.

Beautifully renovated Tyrolean vacation home with cottage character (approx. 60 square meters). Beautiful view over the Gurgltal into the mountains. Very quiet location right on the fields. Covered patio and large balcony. Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf etc. in 15, ski resorts in approx. 25 minutes by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house.

On the ground floor there is the modern kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower / double sink, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. On the gallery you will find a fantastic view to the mountains and enough space to linger in the cozy seating area. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with a view to the forest.

Unsere Selbstversorgerhütte-Ferienhaus liegt in kompletter Südlage und befindet sich am Rand einer Almsiedlung im Bregenzerwald bei Bezau. Mit der Seibahn Bezau schweben Sie auf 1210 m hinauf und erreichen das Hochplateau auf dem Sonderdach. Nach einem Fußmarsch von etwa 5 Minuten erreichen Sie unser Luxus-Chalet. Vor Ihnen Berge, Wald und absolute Ruhe.
