Chalet Salamandre

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter months there is a wood stove. The firewood is not included in the rental.

The accommodation is located in the village of Fanjeaux, a small picturesque village, very quiet, ideal for resting. The rental is located 100 m from Seignadou, where you have a remarkable view of the surrounding villages, the peak of Bugarach or the Pyrenees. We are about 30 minutes from the city of Carcassonne. The accommodation was renovated in 2017, it contains an equipped kitchen, a functional bathroom, a double bed (possibility of an extra bed); as well as a terrace.

We have 3 gites at the property. All have a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and combination/microwave oven, a bathroom and washing machine, TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are provided. The garden and pool are shared between the gites. Gite No. 1 is a large, detached, single-storey gite with a spacious bedroom and living room, private entrance, terrace and gas BBQ. Accommodates 2 people in 1 super king bed.
