We felt very comfortable. Top amenities, super clean, one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. The view from the balcony is fantastic and very relaxing. It's very quiet. You can really switch off. Massimo and his wife are very hospitable. We felt very comfortable. If we come to Crete again, we will definitely come back here. Just the right apartment to relax and unwind.

Elpida, a dream house, definitely recommended. Not only the location and the view are sensational, but also the house itself. We (married couple 63/61) were able to enjoy Angelika's unobtrusive and warm hospitality in May 2025 and had a relaxing week in or above the beautiful village of Mochlos. We have nothing to complain about, on the contrary - we have rarely found such a great accommodation. Perfect furnishings and very well-equipped kitchen, always a shady spot and very pleasant insect protection. The steep ascent to the mountain is no problem after the first exercise. The scent of the plants is simply wonderful. My stay at the beach house in Pachia Ammos felt like stepping into a quiet dream. The house was just as shown in the pictures — and somehow even more beautiful, embraced by the serene rhythm of the sea and the gentle charm of a peaceful neighborhood. Each morning, I woke to the whisper of waves and a view so breathtaking it felt like time stood still. The warmth of the locals made the experience even richer, and our host Marilou was the soul of it all — gracious, generous, and sincerely kind. I left a part of my heart by the shore, and I know I’ll return someday

The Wave House is perfectly situated to swim at the beach just in front of the apartment. Loved the sun beds and area in from of the Wave House so you have a space to relax and enjoy the water views.

What a find this place was. Beautifully restored traditional house in an amazingly beautiful village in the hills above the Pefki Gorge. The house is well provisioned and very tastefully decorated. Great ventilation and insect screens on the windows. We were there for a week and the temps were very hot, but we didn't need to use the AC at all. Wonderful local taverna - we went three times. Don't miss the Sunday night music and traditional dancing. Fanis the owner is very friendly and absolutely hilarious. A great local kafeneio - don't ask for a menu, just ask what's for lunch. Great views to the Libyan Sea - it is just 10 minutes down to Makry Gialo. Search around and you will find quiet beaches without rows of sunbeds if that's not your thing. A great base to explore East Crete, there are awesome mountain roads with cute villages and amazing views. Elina gave us great recommendations for restaurants and was very helpful. We loved this place. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

We had a love stay! Irene was communicative, check in was easy, and her home is ideally located. We enjoyed spending evenings on the patio, cooking meals at home, and snorkeling at the beach below the house. We found a really lovely taverna about 5 mins away that we enjoyed frequenting, as well as a market nearby. We enjoyed exploring this part of Crete and loved having Irene’s home to come back to each day. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful holiday at Mapia’s cosy house. It was lovely to stay in such a well equipped home without the need to go out and buy essentials. The bedding and towels were of very high quality and the kitchen, though small, was very well equipped. We have stayed in many Greek holiday homes and this was by far the best!

The villa is amazing, great views, very quiet (alongside a road but very little traffic) and the place was spotless. Beds and furniture all very comfortable. We were there for two weeks and linen/towels were changed mid holiday. Pool towels also provided. An amazing outdoor area, with table, well equipped outdoor kitchen, plenty of sunbeds and shade if needed. Quite honestly couldn't have asked for more. If we ever go back to Crete we would definitely stay here again ......... and a special thanks to Sophie who met us with the keys on arrival and was there on our departure.

The descriptions, instructions and recommendations for restaurants by Jean René fit wonderfully. It is a brand new, modern house with very good, new furnishings. It was all very clean and nice. Beautiful bright rooms, a beautiful pool right by the house, a great roof terrace! Thanks to the air conditioning in every room, you can also spend hot days and nights there. We were there in June, the beach was still very empty, but all the shops and restaurants were already open. And - I stopped it - it's only 1 minute on foot to the beach!

Poppy was amazing. So helpful, flexible and very friendly. The apartment is wonderful. Beautiful views and great location for the town and the beach. Absolutely fantastic, five stars quite honestly isn’t enough for Menelaos and his beautiful penthouse villa. The villa is perfectly located….it really couldn’t be closer to the sea, with unique views of Mochlos, the island and the coasts to the east and west. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay, and the balcony is just perfect….the hardest thing was to drag ourselves away from it! Most importantly Menelaos is an absolutely perfect host, we’ve never had a welcome like it and we immediately felt at home, Menelaos is a true gentleman. We’re lucky to spend quite a bit of time in Crete and will definitely return to Menelaos Penthouse Villa….in fact I’m already planning our next visit!

The apartment was perfect for our 1 week stay. Everything in Ierapetra is within walking distance. George’s recommendations for beaches & restaurants are very good . The apartment is close to all the Ierapetra beaches and the boardwalk that goes along the harbor. Highly recommend.

easily accessible accommodation, very functional, super market, restaurants, beaches right next door, everything is very comfortable and Istron is 15 km from Agios Nikolaos and allows you to easily visit the east and south east side (with a vehicle of course). Alexandra is a charming person and she offered us some vegetables and fruits from her garden. Thanks for hosting us

It has already been mentioned here several times, but it simply has to be mentioned. The view is truly breathtaking, it feels like a holiday and relaxation. The apartment was very clean, there were a lot of small snacks and attentions such as fresh salad or homemade eggs. The baby equipment for our son was great, with sweet bee bed linen, nothing was missing. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful vacation and felt very comfortable.

We had the best time ever at My Sea Sight. I have no words to describe. Amazing, beautiful, peaceful place with a great infinity pool. Sunsets by the pool are unforgettable. It's super close to the city centre with loads of stores and supermarkets. You'll have plenty of options for great restaurants and bars. It's super close to the main bus stops and for the main tours pick-up points too. Stefani is absolutely amazing, super friendly and always doing the most to ensure we had the best holiday. It's such a lovely place, wish we had stayed longer! Stefani, you're the best host we could have asked for and I thank you for it! ❤️

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

I had the best time at George’s Apartment. The view is incredible, the little balcony very refreshing and the rooms absolutely convenient. I have loved the Meze Restaurant around the corner which is called The Hope and had the best time there.

We had an amazing time. Manolis is very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great recommendations of beaches to go to and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location. It has everything you need and is really nicely decorated and very clean. If we end up in Agios Nikolaos again we will definitely stay there again

Beautiful spacious apartment with great modern design and with a unique sea view from the balcony (sea only about 20 meters away). Everything you need. The landlord is extremely friendly and always available. We felt very comfortable. There are many good restaurants in the area, all within walking distance. The free parking by the sea was also perfect. From there, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the apartment. The beautiful bar near the bedrooms was always well attended and accordingly it was loud there until the night. It's a matter of taste, but the beds were too hard for us. Otherwise, absolutely recommended! We felt very comfortable and always had breakfast comfortably on the balcony.

We absolutely recommend Evi's apartment. It has a great location on the edge of the village and it is really right on a very quiet beautiful beach. A small, very low-traffic road is in between. We loved hearing the sound of the sea day and night. The apartment is a great size for 2 people, is very clean and equipped with everything you need (even loungers for the beach). The terrace (a driveway that can be accessed by others) is not quite as private as in Evi's other larger apartments but for the price-performance ratio totally okay. The communication with Evi and Dimitris was also great, who gave us great tips for the area. Thanks again!

The accommodation offered a spectacular sea view, which made every morning a special experience. The apartment was modern and extremely clean, which immediately ensured well-being. I was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the owner. At my request, the towels were promptly renewed, and when an unexpected sandstorm arose, he immediately took care of cleaning the accommodation. The location was ideal, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The beaches were breathtaking, and I enjoyed swimming in the crystal-clear water. The local Go providers were extremely helpful and gave me valuable tips that enriched my stay. Communication was straightforward, as they spoke fluent English. Overall, it was an unforgettable vacation that I can recommend to everyone.
