Holiday rentals with a patio in Fernandina Beach

Overall the stay was perfect. We were so close to the beach and could see it from the Airbnb. It was my young daughter and me staying, so being able to just cross the street to get to the beach was exactly what I wanted. Parks, trails, and restaurants were all very close.

Amazing condo. Right next to the Ritz, perfect for walking over for drinks. Spacious, great configuration and Fully stocked with appliances, games and extras. Plus super clean. Definitely makes you feel right at home. We will definitely be back. Patricia was very responsive and accommodating. Great host !

Our stay was amazing!! We were steps away from the ocean and in a beautiful location for walking to some cute coffee shops! The hosts communicated so well, and fast, and made our stay so easy and enjoyable!!

For all that Amelia Island has to offer, this lodging managed to be the absolute star of our family’s trip. Hard to overstate its great qualities: comfortable and luxurious without being stuffy; well-equipped for cooking, entertaining, and decompressing from long days outdoors, spacious, and mere steps from a gorgeous beach. The security and seclusion of the Omni resort was a nice bonus as well. We’ll miss evenings sitting out on the balcony overlooking the water, and the will seriously consider coming back to the island just to stay here again. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Had a lovely stay and it was in very convenient to everything we needed to do in the area.

This place was great. The Omni Resort area is very nice. We brought our bicycles and were VERY happy we did. The paved pathways were great fun for our family. Kids are 13 and 16yoa and we looked at the property and explored it on our bikes and just beautiful. Full of trees and winding mostly paved paths. We are already looking forward to another visit. As far as beach access, not really walkable(that we found) but we put our stuff in the truck and found a beach access on the Omni grounds, or go to one of the state parks, which we also did . You do have 4 chairs provided and a few beach towels. My only complaints would be that the listing shows a balcony that is not the one you have. This only bothers me because we love to spend time outside on a porch and (I base a lot of my property picks on the outdoor areas)so I thought we would be upper level and we were on floor level. To level this complaint we did have 5 bikes to haul and this unit was right there in the front.

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

It was a cute house, with a nice pool and places to lounge. Located in a nice private area. We enjoyed our stay

Home was very clean and accessible. We came with a trailer attached to our vehicle and had plenty of space in driveway to accommodate both. Beds were comfy and shower temp was nice and hot. Nice place for our stop over in Jax.

It was perfect ! Right next to the beach. I was able to walk back and forth with my infant baby no problem.

My husband and I had a very lovely stay at Laura's adorable home! It was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, she supplied EVERYTHING, and was extremely easy to communicate with! We would absolutely stay here again, the next time we are in Jacksonville! Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The place is very well appointed, has nice appliances, spacious and very comfortable. We will Stay again when we are back in the area.

The house was very clean and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms (2 with bathrooms) and a separate full bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, silverware and dishes. The kitchen and family room area was very open and inviting, with a table and chairs, comfortable for a family meal. The backyard is fenced in and convenient for a dog to run around and do her business. There were working TVs in the bedrooms and family room, and the bar-b-q grill worked well. We would definitely recommend this rental during your stay on Amelia Island.

We had a wonderful memorial weekend getaway at this Airbnb! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for our family of 4. It was just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the with our two young daughters. The space was welcoming and family-friendly, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. From the smooth check-in to the helpful local tips, everything was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside escape—especially families with young kids!

The location is very convenient for shopping and just a couple hundred feet to the beach. We spent a lot of time on the porch listening to the waves and enjoying the breeze. The unit is quite and well equipped, I was happily surprised that it had three different types of coffee makers; a K-cup style, a basket drip style and old-fashion perk style coffee maker.

Kristi’s place was amazing and exactly what I needed for a beach getaway. It even came complete with beach gear which came in handy. Highly recommend!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Cozy, quiet and relaxing condo. We had a hiccup at arrival, however George PROMPTLY took care of the issue and made things right for us. **Absolutely 5 star hospitality!!** We had an amazing vacation and enjoyed staying at 654!! Many thanks 😊

I highly suggest this cute condo! My family and I came into the area with another Airbnb booked, when it was cancelled at the last minute we scrambled and found Kathleen who was amazingly responsive and got us locked into this condo right away! She literally saved the day! When we got to the condo it easily accommodated my family of 5 and was perfect for the 3 days we spent doing touristy things. The most exciting part of this trip was the walking distance to the beach. Since it is winter we didn't need all the extra gear and just took ourselves and towels that were provided for our days on the beach! It was also a life saver that there was coffee provided. I will say though if you get the opportunity to get 7brew that is right down the street, do it. Sliders chicken sandwich was perfect and then we had salt life the final night which was a perfect way to end the trip. The only con which isn't really because it forced us to be a family, the internet did not work and we had no service.
