Beautiful house with breathtaking view. Place was clean, spacious and well heated. Memory foam pillow are provided with big beds for a comfortable night sleep. Well worth the price paid, highly recommended.

What a wonderful place to stay! We especially enjoyed the breathtaking views, the window seat, and nice tea selections and French press coffee. It was nice of Kath to offer early check in and to meet us when we arrived to share some instructions.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The house is absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. The highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking view. Waking up to such a gorgeous scenery every morning felt like a dream. This beautiful home made our first trip to Queenstown truly unforgettable! My family couldn’t stop talking about how special this place was! The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. Every little detail, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, was just perfect. We had great stay. Beautiful views from living room. Rooms had heated flooring and no heaters but worked fine. Floor heating in one room was not working but Gavin got it fixed the very next day. Overall very happy with our stay.

Jodie and Renee’s house was great! They thought of everything to make this home feel comfortable for their guests. The views were phenomenal! The heated bathroom floors were a wonderful surprise! They had a well stocked kitchen and even provided some energy drinks! We were in awe of the house and would have loved to stay longer. It felt homey and comfortable! They were also great at giving us all the information up front allowing us to be prepared once we arrived! We hope to come back again in the future!

What an incredible Airbnb, couldn’t be a happier with our stay, the most awesome views from every window, super comfy beds, great location close enough to the centre of town but far enough away that you felt away from the hustle and bustle. Can’t wait to come back.

Sharon was a very gracious host. Despite not having toys on site, when my niece asked for one, she got her a toy on our return from a day out. The place is in a good distance from town.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The views are absolutely amazing. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Everything was to high standard and attention to detail was great. The studio is very private. Karen and John went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were very helpful.

The kitchen is well-equipped, the interior is clean and tidy, and there is an intelligent ventilation system. Parking is convenient. The surrounding environment is quiet. It is highly recommended for people who come to Queenstown and don't like the noise of the city. It is also relatively close to Glenorchy for horse riding. I look forward to having the opportunity to experience it again!

We stayed at the Kikorangi apartment for 10 wonderful days. The apartment was well appointed with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay….it felt like home. And the view…it was amazing! We spent a lot of time looking out the window at Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. The location of the apartment was the perfect base for Queenstown activities and road trips. It’s only a short drive to Queenstown, Arrowtown and Queenstown airport. Highly recommend staying at this apartment for a memorable stay.

Beautiful located accommodation under Marc's home. Great view of the lake, out door furniture and heating provided. Well equipped property. We walked down to the lake shore but it is a bit steep especially on our way back.

It is a really lovely place, more than my expectation. We indeed felt like home. It is very clean, and most of the things you need are provided. The place are very cosy too. The location is just perfect, very walkable to the center, and also just next to the track trail start point. The view infront of the window is just amazing! we really enjoyed this place. if there is chance to come back again, I will choose this place again. Dawn is very responsive too. Easy to communicate. Overall, it is a wonderful stay experience!

Excellent communication, and entry instruction from Owner. Apartment was as listed, no surprises or disappointments. Short walk to supermarket/shops. We hired a vehicle. The car space provided was well positioned, and able to be locked when we were out, bonus. Side note: $10pp cash for 5min local bus to/from airport without a travel BeeCard. We stayed 2 nights in Queenstown and 3 nights with a vehicle at this AirBnB, overall I was very pleased with my choice. Recommend, Yes.

A wonderful location with stunning lake and mountain views. Pleasant and easy walks to local coffee shops and eateries. Great lakeside walk into Queenstown. Excellent accommodation bed extremely comfortable. Great communication with host who was helpful and timely in responding. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.
