This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with quick and easy access to all that Reno and Sparks have to offer. Very cozy and stylish studio apartment with its own private entrance and patio/BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available too! Inside you will find a full kitchen, stocked with coffees, teas, and spices. There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.

Our casita is located in Sparks, we are approximately 8 miles from 1-80 and 20 miles to Pyramid lake. If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property. Enjoy a peaceful stay at the Cactus Flower Bunkhouse set on the Rustic Hart Ranch.
