Enjoy all the comfort and privacy in this space with 3 beautiful en-suites, a 2-room living room, integrated with a kitchen, as well as a large outdoor area, with a private pool, gourmet area, solarium and beautiful gardens. All en-suites and the living room have air-conditioning, four smart TVs, in the living room and en-suites.

We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds. Pleasant cottage, on the sand, facing the wonderful blue sea and sunset of Arraial do Cabo. Enjoy our decks, top and bottom, with stunning views in a relaxing atmosphere. Our chalet is finely finished, decorated in a casual style, and is equipped with a kitchen with utensils. We are 6.5 km, 13 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The chalet is located in Monte Alto, a very quiet, simple and rustic village, 15 km from Arraial. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!
