Highly recommend! The apartment was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a perfect beach getaway. You can tell it’s thoughtfully set up by someone who either travels often or stays here themselves.

An amazing stay! So sad to leave! The stylish, homey flat was perfect, peaceful yet close to everything. Ideal for couples: hikes to quiet beaches with stunning blue water, and thoughtful extras like beach towels, bags, bats for the beach, and even a parasol! The flat had everything, check the cupboards before buying anything. We recommend hiring a car, parking’s easy and visiting AEZA to walk rescue dogs (message them on socials FB a few days ahead), the Sagres fortress, then lunch at Fermento food&wine. Our fave food spots in Burgau: SUL (breakfast & romantic dinners), Miam (ceviche, mussels, caipirinhas!), Barraca (shrimp starter and octopus salad), and Corso (coffee & pizza). Lagos is more touristy, but Restaurante dos Artistas was a proper romantic dinner treat. This trip was the perfect mix of rest and adventure away from crowds. The beach was never too busy, and the breeze meant you didn’t always need the parasol. The host thought of every detail. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Jonathan was a great host. Super responsive and communicative. The location is close enough to all the bars and restaurants to walk in minutes but far enough to have some quiet. The outdoor terrace was great and the whole place was clean and comfortable. We made a mistake and locked the keys in the bedroom on accident and as to get them retrieved so keep them with you at all times in case the wind blows the door closed. We’d definitely stay again!

This place is diamond level ! They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach that’s a walkable distance from the location. Cozy, quiet, and great location. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The absolutely stunning sea view is breathtaking, and the long sandy beach just across the street made it easy to enjoy the seaside every day. The location is fantastic—full of great restaurants and even places to rent bikes, so you can easily explore the beautiful coastline on two wheels. The apartment itself is clean, fresh, and modern, with all the kitchen appliances you need to cook comfortably. The bed is really comfy, and I loved that there were some books and even table games available for relaxing evenings in. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside getaway!

The appartement was all we could ask for! Fabio made us feel at home. It was an amazing stay! I would greatly recommend it to anyone wishing to enjoy Faro’s old town.

Host was very responsive & met us to walk us into the place. The photo for check in needed updating, it’s now at KK’s Thai Massage for a more accurate entrance area, but we rented a car and had free parking right in front (limited but got lucky!) Place was very clean and the balcony was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and resting at night. We walked to all the shops, pleasantly surprised just how much there was to do around! We ate at Terrazo Italian, incredible food! Beach was beautiful, definitely don’t suggest having a large suitcase tho for parking or elevator access :) Otherwise host was super nice, place was super clean & definitely bang for the buck for an air bnb.

My family stayed here for 4 nights during a longer visit in Portugal. This was by far our favorite Airbnb of the trip! The apartment is conveniently located, just steps from the beach and a 5-10 minute walk into town. We enjoyed the home, especially the outdoor area and hammock where we spent a lot of time relaxing. There’s even a comfortable living area where we lounged in the evenings. I’d highly recommend this rental!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt - bekanntermaßen - direkt am Strand und ist dort auch das einzige Wohnhaus. Es ist komplett ausgestattet, insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es auch an nichts. Und auch das renovierte Bad ist sehr schön. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Where to start? 😊 Karin gave us such a warm welcome, and from the moment we stepped inside, we knew we’d found a gem. The house is absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated and full of character. The photos are lovely, but in person, it’s even more breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the top floor with its refreshing pool and fantastic terrace area—so peaceful and private! Despite having visited Ferragudo many times, this place truly felt like our home away from home. We’ll definitely be back! 😉

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Marinas place is amazing! Exactly as described. Placed in a great location in the old town, it was super easy to get to everything. Marina was super helpful with any questions we had, her response time was very quick. We especially loved both terraces! Would definitely recommend when staying in Portugal:)

L’emplacement de la maison est incroyable: à quelques mètres de la plage, dans un cadre apaisant. Point de départ idéal pour les plus belles ballades de la région le long du littoral. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et des matériaux de qualité. Elle est parfaitement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour passer un séjour de rêve (fond de maison impeccable, cuisine équipée, bbq, serviettes de plage, etc) . Stephanie à pensé à tout! Cette maison est une parfaite maison de bord de mer, mais se transforme aussi en cocon doux et chaleureux grâce au poêle à bois quand la météo est moins clémente. Stephanie est une hôte parfaite, pleine d’attentions et toujours disponible. Encore merci pour tout ! Dernier point: vous trouverez en face de la maison 2 délicieux restaurants proposant des poissons grillés incroyables! Ce fut un séjour de rêve! nous quittons cette maison avec des souvenirs plein la tête et nous espérons y revenir bientôt !

Exceptional location in Old Town Lagos! Sarah was incredibly communicative! As the description points out, there is no air conditioning, but Sarah gives pointers as to how to keep the place cool. Also, the entry stairs are a bit steep so be warned if you have large luggage. You’re literally minutes from restaurants and bars and there is an exceptional coffee shop just down the block. The place is a gem—felt very local!!

Our stay at Casa Bombarda was the highlight of our trip—both the unit and Lagos completely exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, with three stunning outdoor spaces, including a rooftop patio where we enjoyed ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Luis was a fantastic host—great with communication, full of helpful recommendations, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and cleaning, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal: a short walk to the heart of old town and close to amazing restaurants, shops, and beaches. Casa Bombarda went well above and beyond what we hoped for. We’ll always remember our time here and will be recommending it to everyone we know!

We had a great stay. The space was very modern and comfortable and in a very walkable location. We took the opportunity to buy a great bottle of wine for under 4 Euros at the grocery store and enjoyed it on the rooftop patio in the early evening! Thanks for a lovely stay. Carol

Great friendly hosts who really made sure that we felt at home. Location is perfect - right by the beach. Easy drive to nearby grocery store and town centre. Home was very spacious and had a beautiful window. Enjoyed the stay.

Une vue exceptionnelle, un appartement parfait, beaucoup d’espace, accès facile à l’appartement,au marché et au restaurant! C’était superbe! Il y avait beaucoup de travaux dans le secteur ce qui ne nous a toutefois pas embêté mais ça justifie notre évaluation du quartier. Hôte très très réactif!!! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son support lorsque nécessaire! À recommander vivement!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kasia's place. Kasia was extremely helpful with providing us with invaluable information regarding things to do and places to go whilst in Lagos. We would definitely stay there again.

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The place was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rosa!

Très belle endroit et très bien situer près de la plage et des restaurant. Le seul accros selon nous est que la deuxième salle de bain n’est pas adapter pour la location pour deuxième couple. Elle est vraiment petite. Autrement nous y avoir passer un très beau cinq jours merci

We loved the beauty of the view and the location above Dona Ana beach and being close to the boardwalk to ponte da Piedade. You are also close to old town Lagos for restaurants, as well as to the marina. Joanna was very helpful and responsive and the condo was well equipped, with beautiful dishes and everything you need if you wish to cook.
