It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.

Palazzo 1500 Frescobaldi - Noble floor x 5

The building where the apartment is located dates back to the 1500s and was purchased by my great-grandfather Alfonso in 1906, but it itself dates back to the 1500s, as evidenced by frescoes in one of the rooms. The property is located between the historic center (Duomo, Castello Estense, etc.) and Piazza Ariostea (site of the Palio and other major events), and is just a short walk from all the most important historical and cultural sites.
