In one of the two rooms there is a pellet fireplace and for its use a separate payment is required (pellet consumption)

The studio apartment that is rented is part of an old oil mill from the late 1800s, obtained from a renovation respecting the original volumes. The studio is part of a still authentic context. You don't arrive by car but by walking for 5/6 minutes. At the Frantoio you can still breathe in a true Liguria, different from the glossy one of the coast
