The apartment is a new complex with a beautiful courtyard garden with swimming pool. Beautifully and modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. It is located in a nice, quiet and easily accessible area with eateries and a large supermarket nearby. The location is also ideal as a base for discovering other places near Albufeira by car. We had a very nice stay in the apartment and would definitely choose this accommodation again next time!

We stayed as a group for a special birthday, as we were arriving late we asked the host to purchase a bottle of wine and some snacks for arrival (there is a welcome basket there also) and Marnix was extremely accommodating. The location is beautiful, views of the ocean and the beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill. It is a little bit pricey but I felt it was really good value as split between the group it was more than affordable but you do get what you pay for. There is an indoor and outdoor pool (we only used this on the last day). The location is a short walk into the new town strip area and around 7euros into old town via a bolt, this was also for x-large bolt as we were a party of 6. I would definitely recommend, it a beautiful villa, in a gorgeous location. Thank you for all your help as you are a very responsive host and so helpful.

We really loved the villa however we did feel that our freedom was limited slightly with the decibel meter in the living space which meant that we were actually too worried to even put a film on at the end of the day in case our stay was forfeited due to high noise levels, which was extremely clear was the case at check in, and on signs within the living space. The decibel meter is set to 55 which is that of a very quiet conversation and this did put us on edge each evening, which ideally we would not like during a relaxing holiday.

Our second visit to Tania and Kevin was again excellently taken care of. Nice house with all the comforts, lovely private garden and lots of peace in the area. Tania and Kevin are proactive and quick to respond to any questions. Recommended, we will definitely be back.
