The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic cooker, electric oven, microwave, dish washer, Coffee machine, toaster and a washing machine.

The house has a backyard with independent entrance (perfect for bringing bikes and surfing equipment), outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue, jasmine plants, and an outdoor table and chairs set. The traditional house was completely restored and rehabilitated in May 2022.
