Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ferrieres

Laurence’s house was one of favourite holiday stays ever: a big beautiful house with a super special ambience, an amazing view, a fairy-tale garden and loads of wonderful activities to do nearby. Brilliant tips and wonderful communication with Laurence, too.

Wir waren mit dieser wundervollen Unterkunft mehr als glücklich. Der beheizte Pool und Whirlpool, eine genial ausgestattete Küche, das überaus coole Spielzimmer mit Flipper, Dart & Co. Alle Zimmer haben sehr bequeme Betten und es war super sauber. Sehr praktisch waren auch die Parkplätze vor der Tür. Pierre hat uns immer schnell geantwortet und wir durften sogar am Abreisetag länger im Haus bleiben! In der Gegend kann man tolle Wanderungen machen, die direkt am Haus starten. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Net een zeer leuk verblijf gehad. Jean-Francois reageert zeer snel en was super vriendelijk. Leuke locatie en als we ooit terug in deze regio overnachting zoeken zullen we zeker hier terug komen

Wij hebben genoten van dit vakantiehuis. Zo’n perfect huis met een persoonlijke touch waar aan alles is gedacht in een ligging die je alleen maar stil maakt. Elk raam is een schilderij van de omgeving. Fantastisch is de beamer en scherm. We hebben ‘s avonds heerlijk genetflixt. Wordt straks wel weer even omschakelen van bioscoop hier naar tv thuis 🥴. Daarnaast zijn er talrijke wandel- en fietsroutes in de directe omgeving, waaronder de Ravel route die vrijwel langs het huis loopt. Hanna is een erg betrokken host die je n zeer welkom gevoel geeft. Verder vakantiehuis is n absolute aanrader.

Would highly recommend! Had a lovely stay - the home is beautiful and spacious and the garden is lovely, green and peaceful, in very nice surroundings. An excellent getaway and the hosts were very responsive and friendly :)

Un séjour exceptionnel ! L'accueil a été plus que chaleureux. Patricia, notre hôte, est d'une grande disponibilité et toujours à l'écoute, il suffit de l'appeler en cas de besoin. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, tout est mis à disposition comme dans un hôtel, voire mieux, et c’est aussi ce qui rend le séjour si magique. On ne manque de rien, tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. La petite terrasse, intime et ensoleillée, est idéale pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. Dès l’arrivée, Patricia propose un livret très complet avec les plus belles balades de la région ainsi que de nombreuses adresses utiles : boulangeries, commerces, restaurants, producteurs locaux... Une adresse que je recommande vivement, les yeux fermés ! 😊

Het huis is prachtig en ligt in een mooie omgeving. Wij hebben genoten met de familie. De piano en pooltafel zijn veel gebruikt.

The arrangement of the apartment, with a view from the living area out onto a balcony and the river beyond, is stunning- you don’t need a TV because there is always something to see! The apartment has everything that you need to be very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed discovering nearby villages on walks. This kept us busy for 4 days with lots left for another visit….

Avner was extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave our bags at the house before our check-in time so that we could go explore Spa. The house was pristine and comfortable, with a complete kitchen that allowed us to cook like we were at home. Though we didn't need it, there was a booklet listing the essential facilities in Spa (pharmacy, doctor's office) as well as restaurant suggestions and activities to do around the town, which we found quite thoughtful. Overall, an amazing apartment for a very affordable price!

Das Haus von Françoise und Thierry war rundum wunderbar: Die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung, der Garten, alles! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - was nicht auch zuletzt an der sehr angenehmen Kommunikation mit den Beiden lag.

Un logement très agréable, décoré avec goût, avec une literie digne des plus belles grasses matinées et un grand lit King size ultra confortable (attention, risque élevé de ne plus vouloir en sortir 😄). La petite terrasse est un vrai plus, parfaite pour un moment au calme entre deux aventures urbaines. L’emplacement est top : super bien desservi par les transports et idéal pour profiter de la vie nocturne sans finir en expédition. Et que dire de Luna ? Elle est aux petits soins, ultra réactive et prête à tout pour rendre le séjour parfait. Merci encore, Luna, pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse. On reviendra, c’est sûr !

Super fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Johan, in een rustige en prachtige omgeving. We komen zeker nog eens terug. Een echte aanrader!

Mooi verblijf met schitterend zicht op de Amblèvevallei

Volltreffer, 100 % Empfehlung. Älteres Haus, aber das Appartement war Kernsarniert, modernisiert. Neuwertig, für einen Städtetrip, ich war von Mittwoch - Samstag da, perfekt. Gute Lage, wer mit dem Zug anreist hat 3 minuten zu Fuß. Parken ist etwas schwierig. Lara und Thibout habe ich leider nicht kennengelernt da sie bei An- und Abreise nicht da waren. Aber dank Schlüsselkasten alles kein Problem. Ich hatte das Appartement auf der 2. Etage, das hat einen kleinen Balkon - echt super. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.

Très bon séjour, weekend passé a Liège, Kevin est très réactif dans ses réponse ce qui peut être très pratique :) Le logement est très charmant, décoré avec goût, on s'y sent bien ! Merci encore

Airbnb propre, rangé, avec une jolie décoration. Mention spéciale pour la vue du balcon qui est très agréable. Les instructions par rapport à l’entrée ainsi que le Check out étaient très claires et précises. Merci à vous ! Nous reviendrons !

Séjour très agréable dans un beau studio et environnement. L'emplacement près des grands axes routiers et de la ville d'Aywaille étant idéal pour les visites.

loved it😍 after cycling all the way from Rotterdam this was an oasis to recover. Also a beautiful day's cycle to Bastogne museum and back, largely country roads, though hilly. Jacuzzi was a godsend. First floor is b&b guests, apartment is in the roof area serviced by a lift off you don't want to navigate the beautiful wooden staircase. I used it quite a lot as recovering from my rides. peaceful evenings, no noise that I was aware of, nice and dark for sleeping. gorgeous gardens and goats, kids etc, birds as well! the spar in the town is not far to stock up. Didn't want to leave.

Thank you very much for your big heart and really nice time in your apartment. We arrived in the middle of the night, and despite this we received help with parking the car, Catherine took a parking space for us. The apartment was clean, cozy, Catherine also left for us delicious fresh bread for breakfast every morning. The kitchen was fully equipped. Additionaly we had our bikes with us for lbl chalange and another important thing was to store the bikes inside the house which wasn’t a problem. We had great time and I hope to see You again Catherine.

Die Wohnung ist toll, grosszügig, ruhig, es könnte nicht besser sein.

We had a truly lovely and memorable experience staying at Marylene’s lovely home. She is a wonderful, generous and welcoming host. Marylene even offered to pick us up and drop us off in her car from the bus station, which was incredibly thoughtful since we had couple of suitcases to lug around. The home is located in a scenic and beautiful spot; we fell in love with it the moment we arrived. It’s cozy and very comfortable for two people for short stays, the space is ideal for one person for longer stays. It’s also accessible on foot to the city centre and there are couple of bikes in her shed that she readily offers for your use. Although we only stayed one night, Marylene’s place made us wish we had more time there, and explore the many walking trails around Malmedy. You can really feel the love and care she’s put into creating such a warm, inviting home. Must stay!

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. De accomodatie is voor twee personen ruim. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Alles was goed schoon en heerlijk beddengoed.
