Kingfisher Cabin

Welkom bij Kingfisher Cabin! Kom heerlijk ontspannen in onze geheel gerenoveerde cabin, omgeven door prachtige natuur. De cabin staat aan het begin van ons erf, gelegen aan een doodlopende weg. De cabin ligt geheel privé met een eigen ruime tuin (1200 m2). Om af te koelen tijdens de zomerdagen, kan er gebruik gemaakt worden van ons gedeelde zwembad met terras en prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Het dichtstbijzijnde dorp Saint-Saulge ligt op 1,5 km met een supermarkt, bakker en café.

Our two-tiered approach

Een heerlijk licht huis direct naast Notre Échelle 1. Met In de tuin een zwembad met groot zonneterras. In 2024 verbouwd naar een vakantiehuis waar je een combinatie treft van oude elementen uit de naastgelegen boerderij met nieuwe elementen als een nieuwe keuken en badkamer. Het huis staat aan de rand van het dorp Alluy aan de voet van de Morvan. Je vind hier rust, het mooie platteland maar ook de gezelligheid van de zeer nabij gelegen dorpjes en haventjes langs het Canal de Nivernais.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located in a small village in Nièvre. All amenities 8 km away (La Machine) and 30 minutes from the Nevers Magny-Cours circuit. Close to Morvan and its beautiful landscapes. Accommodation including an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster...) Fully enclosed land located at the rear of the house. Playground and pétanque court 50 m away... Come and recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

"Between woods & grove" **** gîte with large garden

☼ WELCOME to the heart of the Nièvre, a green country of white water! The house, typical of the region and cozy atmosphere, has a large equipped kitchen. The vast garden, on the edge of the forest, offers a beautiful panorama of the Nivernais bocage. Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels) are included in the rate and, for your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival. Unusual barrel room

The barrel is an unusual accommodation located in a garden adjoining a stopover lodge. Cocooning is guaranteed in this 12 m² barrel where all the comforts are present (heating, electricity, table, benches). The bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) is located in a building close to the barrels. Sun loungers and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the garden. The infrastructure of the stopover cottage can be used. Breakfast is offered at €10/person and can be booked upon arrival.

The Machine Under the Roof

Take a break and relax at this peaceful oasis. This charming T2 of 45m², very functional can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located 8 km from Decize / 30 min from Nevers / 30 min from Magny-Cours. Full desinfection after each tenant's departure. Many activities await you in the surrounding area (Hiking, horseback riding; mountain biking; canoeing; wildlife park; tree climbing; ... Ability to pay with holiday checks (request before booking)

Cozy house with swimming pool & double jacuzzi

Located between Nevers and Moulins , close to the circuit of Nevers magny-cours and not far from decize . This little corner of paradise with its double jacuzzi , indoor & outdoor are there to make you have a very nice stay . Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
