Située entre Bourges et Sancerre, nous vous accueillons dans notre écurie avec ses poutres, ses pierres apparentes, son poêle à bois au rez de chaussée. (nous fournissons le bois). Un mélange alliant le charme d'antan et le moderne pour un séjour reposant. A la découverte de Bourges sa Cathédrale, ses marais puis de l'autre côté Sancerre, son vin et son fromage : Le Chavignol. Vous séjournerez dans la salle de mariage du mythique hôtel L'Espérance transformée en deux logements confortables de plain-pied refaits à neuf. Vous pourrez profitez d'une terrasse couverte de 20 m² avec sa vue sur les vignes et la Loire ainsi que d'une cour privée pour garer votre véhicule. Vous serez à seulement 200 mètres du centre-ville et pourrez profiter des commodités du village : boulangeries, pharmacie, banque, presse/tabac, épicerie, bar, restaurants, salon de beauté - bien être.

Logement indépendant entièrement rénové à neuf niché entre vignes et forêts. Départ des promenades dans les vignes et forêts au pied du gîte. Maison idéalement située dans un village viticole (18) au cœur du Sancerrois à 5kms de l'itinéraire de la Loire à vélo. Église du village classée monument historique. Visite des domaines viticoles avec dégutation à 200 mètres du gîte. Un branchement pour voiture électrique /hybride est disponible sur demande et moyennant participation de 10€ par jour.

Cette ancienne gare des années 1900 en plein coeur des champs et des vignes, est une maison idéale pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis. Sur la route des vins du Sancerrois et à 15 minutes du village de Chavignol, vous pourrez vous laisser charmer par son authenticité, ses pièces spacieuses et ses vues. A 10 minutes de la Loire et d'une piscine communale d'extérieure. Grands espaces extérieurs, balançoire, trampoline, ping pong, mobilier de jardin, tout pour profiter de la campagne.

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of a wine village of Sancerrois. It is located within the wine estate, in the village of Verdigny at the foot of Sancerre; 5 min drive from Saint-Satur, a small village that has all the shops and its leisure area (banks of the Loire, tennis, canoeing, Loire by bike...). Gite for 5 people: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen and an outdoor area.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)
