We had a wonderful time at Houda’s place. They went above and beyond. Recommended activities and made us feel right at home. The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. Highly recommended.

Wow what an amazing place. The facilities are 5 star. The caretaker is on site and he is highly responsive and helpful. The location is remote however there are nearby restaurants and shops for essentials. Its a great place to relax and unwind.

Beautiful Riad in a great location within the Medina. It is right in the middle of the Medina, yet quiet. Great way to experience Fes. Khalid met us near where we parked our car and guided us to the riad. We really enjoyed the terrace. The wifi worked great. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped.

I went to Fez with a group of colleagues working on a project. We stayed at Riad Elegance, a historic restored palace dating back to the 17th century. The moment you walk in, you’re transported to a beautiful courtyard built in the traditional Moroccan style, complete with a small pool at its center. Two floors of rooms rise gracefully around the courtyard which has beautiful zellij tile work and restored stucco ornamentation. As an art historian, I was in love! The Riad is maintained and managed by two lovely people, Abdullatif and Aicha. They are so warm, hospitable, and genuinely caring toward all the guests. Aicha also offers an optional, paid dinner service—she’ll cook a traditional Moroccan meal using fresh ingredients from the market. The dinner she prepared for us—I can still remember all the flavors! They treated us like family. For a great experience, a relaxing vacation, and a little adventure in Fez with a peaceful retreat to return to each evening, choose this Riad!

First I would like to establish some of the workers there. I live the brother Aziz. His treatment was classy. As I thank my brother, the unknown soldier in the site. Brother Jawad Jawad was wonderful. We served a lot and the human good. As for the property, it was very nice. It was a beautiful, quiet, legendary palace. I wanted to get out of it. I wanted to extend his stay for more than a day, but unfortunately, I did not find my future reservation except after several days of excellent hygiene. The smell was excellent. The air conditioning was excellent. Everything was excellent. It was also excellent. The outside of the room or the apartment was very excellent. The site was very excellent. Also, the location was very nice, but I have a simple comment regarding the way to access the site or the palace as if it is difficult. Google Maps is not connected to the right location, but it is better to contact one of the members of the palace and come to you who loves and we come to you. Thank you to the site. Thank everyone.

Very good location with the possibility of using 1 garage. Nice apartment but overlooking a main street... Too bad there's no hot water in the kitchen. Close to a supermarket (Marjane).

A place that gets the job done. Imane was super responsive and took care of our needs. Powerful AC, which much needed in Fez!!

We had a great family stay in Fez! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and perfectly as advertised. It is located in a quiet area, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. Great location, great services , Adam is very responsive even though I booked really late ! This place is perfect if you are visiting fes it’s in the middle of the city close to many stores and restaurants the host brahim is very kind and polite he helps us a lot upon arrival and he takes care during my stay if i need something this host is highly recommended!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect, no notes! the place was spotless, incredibly cozy, especially with the fireplace (which by the way our host kindly lit up for us to make sure the place was warm when we got there) which made our stay even more special. it had everything we needed, the attention to detail was truly remarkable literally NOTHING was missing. the price was also incredibly fair for the quality of the stay and the host was kind and responsive, always making sure we were comfortable. i highly recommend this Airbnb and would 100% stay here again if i get the chance!

Very nice apartment in line with the listing, clean and easy location to get around to visit Fez, and the host is attentive, small taxis are accessible at reasonable prices at the foot of the apartment.
