Appartement idéalement placé à côté de tous les commerces, de la gare et des cinq terres. Mirco est super sympa il sera toujours disponible pour vous et l appartement est idéal pour un couple il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Petit plus pour la petite cour intérieur au calme. À recommander sans hésiter.

Ottima esperienza con Piera. Soggiorno per due, con esigenze particolari e orari non comodissimi per il check-in. La disponibilità di Piera si è contraddistinta, per la sua gentilezza e flessibilità nell’accettare le condizioni proposte. Casa molto carina e tranquilla, consiglio vivamente per un esperienza fuori dalla confusione ma vicina al mare (che dista poco). Casa ordinata e pulita, ottima qualità prezzo. Dovessimo ripassare sicuramente ci fermeremmo volentieri!

È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Alessia et Carlo sont des hôtes comme nous aimerions en voir de partout : disponibilité, réactivité, gentillesse, accueil, et serviabilité sont au rendez-vous. Ils sont d'excellent conseils et d'une patience incroyable pour quiconque ne maitrise pas l'italien. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de La Spézia et Alessia vous donnera tous les bons tuyaux pour se stationner gratuitement près de la gare. Non loin du golf des poètes et de Portovenere, le village de Ricco del Golfo est au calme et avec des commerces de proximités très agréables (pasticeria, cafeteria, restaurant très bon marché) . Quand à la maison, elle est spacieuse, très pratique, bien équipée comme annoncée et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate pour les cinque terre, le golf des poètes mais aussi la proximité avec la Toscane car nous avons en effet pu, depuis la maison partir sur la Toscane et visiter Florence Sienne et Pise. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, was wir sehr schön fanden. Per Bus ist man auch in 20 min in der Innenstadt/Bahnhof von La Spezia, die Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Haus und Anna hat uns 2 Fahrkarten geschenkt. Anna war super hilfsbereit, hat uns alles erklärt und war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar. Sie hat uns außerdem gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, etc. gegeben. Beim Check-In und Check-Out haben sie unser Gepäck zum Auto transportiert, sodass wir nichts tragen mussten. Auto steht auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt, hier hat Anna uns vor der Ankunft extra einen Parkplatz reserviert. Bei Ankunft stand ein Verpflegungskorb mit Gebäck und Honig und Kaffee bereit. Da Anna kein deutsch oder englisch spricht haben wir uns über Übersetzer-Apps unterhalten, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen.

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Sylvester dort… Das kleine ligurische Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung… es ist schön, aber etwas eng und die steile Treppe mitunter lästig. .. Leider ist auch der Parkplatz etwas entfernt und auch in der Wintersaison recht voll. Roberta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns persönlich sehr herzlich mit zahlreichen Präsenten begrüßt und sich viel Zeit für unsere Einweisung genommen. Auch als es später abends Probleme mit dem Wasser gab, hat sie sich sofort eingesetzt und das Problem kurzfristig behoben… Herzlichen Dank an Roberta für ihre freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung und für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch wenn der Strand etwas entfern ist, ist das Haus eine Perle! Wir wünschen alles Gute für das Neue Jahr! Gabi und Falko

This accommodation was so incredible , I actually got teary eyed when the host opened the house up for us , We felt like we were in a fairy tale . The views are panoramic and breath taking . You can see a castle across the valley ! It’s a quiet tranquil town , with interesting history . The house is charming and decorated very tastefully . My kids are already talking about how they want to come back some day . Thank you again ❤️

Casa dotata di tutte le comodità, posizione tranquilla e riparata, splendida vista dal balcone, la casa è adatta a chi desidera stare nel silenzio totale e completamente immerso nel verde. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e tranquillo, Marco è stato gentile e super reattivo 👍🏻 Ottima esperienza!

Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines gemütliches Häuschen, welches sich auf einem großen Grundstück befindet auf dem Olivenbäume und Kräuter wachsen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man wohnt dort sehr privat, d.h. die Terrasse davor ist durch Sträucher und Bäume sehr geschützt, man hat jedoch einen wundervollen freien Blick aufs Meer und auf Portovenere. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich hervorragend entspannen. Wir freuen uns sehr Agnes kennengelernt zu haben. Sie ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, welche immer erreichbar war und uns mit Ideen und Informationen unterstützt hat. Besser geht das nicht - vielen Dank Agnes !!! Zusammengefasst war es ein super Aufenthalt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und eignete sich zum Kochen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grossartige Infinity-Pool mit einer atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der Strand und der Bahnhof sind etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin steil und mit vielen Treppenstufen verbunden. Die Zufahrt zum Airbnb erfolgt über einen schmalen Weg, der mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, jedoch nicht für tiefgelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet ist. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten unvergessliche Ferien. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

the house was really nice, located on a quiet hillside with no neighbors around, so you had a lot of privacy. It had three clean and beautiful bedrooms, and the house stayed cool during hot weather, which was really refreshing. We even had a friendly cat as a neighbor, and the host, Elisa, was super responsive and helpful. Everything in the kitchen was well-equipped, so cooking was easy and convenient.

Fabrizia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus, und hat von den Schlafzimmern aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Der Garten ist phantastisch, vor allem um gemütlich zu kochen und die Abende zu genießen. Vielen Dank!

Un oasis de paix dans les hauteurs de La Spezia, à seulement 10 minutes de marche de la gare et des Cinque Terre. Le garage privé a été très apprécié. Giorgia était très attentionnée et a bien répondu à toutes nos questions pour rendre votre voyage agréable

This Villa was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in as part of our family vacation to Italy. We are a group of 9, including 1 baby and 2 small children, and the Villa was perfect for our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool and the patio was perfect for our Chef prepared dinner. Thomas and Enrico were amazing hosts and super responsive to any questions. The Villa is walkable to the Towne Center, train station, and grocery store. We HIGHLY recommend the Villa and hope to be able to return someday.

Fantastic 7 days with family. Adult children bought their partners and plenty to do and see. Car essential to get around and visited Florence, Lucca, Sarzana, Porto Venere and, also old town of Arcola. Had coffee in old square following walks from villa. Lazy days at villa able to enjoy the pool, loungers and shaded areas. Used BBQ for a meal. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms well supplied with all needed. Living area and kitchen ideal for our group and had some evening meals in.

Magnifique expérience avec ce superbe logement sur les hauteurs de la Spezia. Merci à Alberto et son épouse pour leur gentillesse, leur hospitalité et leurs cadeaux de bienvenue ! Ils sont super réactifs dans la communication et répondent très vite à nos questions ! Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit.

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Portovenere is such a unique place for Americans and we were fortunate to grab Michela's place. It has a nice perch view of the water, all the way out into the bay which is just so beautiful. It is great to grab breakfast from the market which is MAYBE 2 minutes walk down the hill, have some coffee/tea and just sit and stare at the water (we went in June, with family). The apartment comfortably sleeps four, with some separation in the place which is nice to rest or at the end of the day to sleep. You'll want to pace your showers a bit for hot water purposes, but didn't impact us at all. It's so close to restaurants. A huge strip of restaurants, the marina for ferries/boat rides (STRONGLY ENCOURAGE DOING A BOAT TOUR. Google Rosso alle rosse and get Andrea.. There also is a great castle near the restaurants for great pictures. Make sure to see the sunset by the castle. Definitely a great place, great location and fit our needs well!

We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

Es war wunderschön mitten in Tellaro zu wohnen und auf der Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick zu frühstücken! Das Häuschen ist sehr gekonnt renoviert und liebevoll mit ausgewählten Stücken möbliert. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir wurden sehr nett von Lola empfangen. Es gibt im Haus einige Treppen, die man erklimmen muß, um dann schließlich auf der Dachterrasse zu landen, das sollte einem bewußt sein. Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit, in der wir wandern waren (direkt vom Haus aus), Cinque Terre besucht haben, immer wieder baden waren und natürlich die Restarants vor Ort ausprobiert haben. Es war alles perfekt, vielen Dank!

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en familia, el apartamento tiene vistas espectaculares. Es igual a las fotos, Sara es una anfitriona especial.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit phantastischer Aussicht. Das Zentrum ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der kostenlose Parkplatz in naher Entfernung zum Haus ist oft belegt. Es gibt aber eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben den Bus, der jede halbe Stunde fährt, häufig genutzt, zum Beispiel um nach Porto Venere zu gelangen. Andrea war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Klare Empfehlung!

We had a great 1 week stay at this very spacious apartment with a great view of the marina. There is a great bakery, vegetable & fruit shop, and a small store with local specialties at 200m from the apartment. There are also several great restaurants. The place is a great base to visit nearby Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. We did several hikes from the apartment. If you don't wanna drive there is a frequent bus to Portovenere and La Spezia. The local people are very wekcoming and super friendly. We were very pleased with our stay and communication with the host was easy and quick. I only have 1 remark/tip please explain beforehand the recycle bins because they were not marked and we didn't put the stuff in the correct bins

L’esperienza alla Torre è stata perfetta! Lola è un’host cordiale e sempre disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa. L’appartamento è impeccabile e unico e al suo interno contiene tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Si trova in una posizione fantastica a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare, sul quale si affaccia con una splendida vista. Consigliamo a chiunque questo alloggio!
