Holiday rentals with a patio in Fiano Romano

If the location fits the schedule, I highly recommend this accommodation. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. Actually, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in your life (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on) But this was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits the schedule. The disadvantage is that it is on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs aren't steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

The host was great. Communicated quickly and gave us some great suggestions. It is about a 20 minute metro ride to get into the attraction areas. The metros were very easy to get around The place was extremely clean and the bed comfortable. I would definitely recommend

We were very nicely received by Mira, who explained and showed us everything important. There is a private garage. The apartment is super clean, super large. Also a very large terrace with the possibility to book the Jacuzzi. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The coffee was super delicious. Stefania was quick to reach and able to answer all questions. Our highlights: Large shopping center directly opposite, bus stop in front of the door (in 50 minutes for €1.50 by bus/train to Rome) great restaurant right next door QB Bracceria we can recommend. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Excellent value for money on this beautiful and very practical home at only 1h from Rome! Our host, Daniele, was outstanding and always supportive, especially as we had to face some tough logistics issues. Grazie mille, Daniele!

We spent a few days in this lovely place . Simonetta and Tonino welcomed us warmly. We had some great tips about the neighborhood and sightseeing in Rome. They were available and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Great communication, very convenient location of the villa that, however, maintains privacy and tranquility. There are all the amenities you need for a multi-day stay. Experience to repeat!!

This might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Claudia was super responsive and helpful, it is located right on the bus to FCO, perfect for both spending a night before or after a flight. Check in was smooth, and the host kindly leaves snacks, toiletries, yogurts, and tons of hot drink options in the kitchen for the guests to use - absolutely perfect. I highly recommend

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

The apartment is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Romano is a very responsive and a great host that will go out of his way to accommodate any requests. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood that let's you experience everyday Roman life, which I found very interesting. There are a couple of shops and restaurants nearby, and the bus stops that take you to the Metro lines and the city center are very close to the apartment. All in all, a great experience.

Amazing place if you have good energy to climb the 4th floor with luggage and no elevator. But this is a good price for being in the center of Rome and very old historic neighborhood. Rooftop patio is a real gem, but again not for people with physical disabilities. We spent amazing time there!

Simeone's responses were extremely prompt, clear and accurate, including the ones I sent at ridiculous Rome times when I was in America. He answered all my questions and I felt very prepared and safe for my trip before I even landed. He was friendly and extremely helpful, and arranged for a driver to pick us up from the Rome airport and take us to the Airbnb. He answered all my questions about how to get to other places, including the Rome train station and Florence. The apartment was clean, well-organized and adorable. Exactly what you want to stay in when visiting Italy. The location is unbeatable. Not only are you right next to the Spanish Steps and fashion area, but the Fontana di Trevi is a short walk from the place plus cafes, little convenient stores, restaurants and tobacco shops are all on the same block. I highly recommend staying here! If I could give the host and apartment more stars, I would!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

A comfortable stay outside of the downtown 12m away from the Jonio station. The place is cozy and has a good kitchen to cook etc. I definitely recommend this place just be sure to be as clean as possible due that insects from the outside may come in. Overall a good experience.

Very well-kept apartment Even if a little outside it seems, you were quickly anywhere you wanted to go. Especially with public transportation. Cafes and grocery stores in all variations are right at the bus stop. It was fine.
