There are good opportunities to hike in the woods, swim, pick mushrooms and berries, fish and bike, just go straight from the garden out on the nearest forest road. Lake and swimming are available within 5 km, also grocery store, train station, gas station and pizzeria within 5 km. Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 2500 Fishing licenses are purchased in Tempo grocery store in Holmsjö center 1500 m away, there is also a pizzeria, gas station and train connection to Karlskrona 25min, Kalmar/Öland 50min and Växjö 60min. Car to Kosta Boda with shopping and moose safari 40min

Unique and newly renovated chapel in Småland idyll

Newly renovated 1 bathroom with washer, dryer. Full working kitchen. TV and Wi-Fi are not available. Check in at 16:00 Check-out at 12:00 PM Cleaning fee= Washing of towels, linens that are included. The tenant should wipe down surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. Plus vacuuming before checkout. Smoking, pets, parties, lighting candles are not allowed. Charging of an electric car is not included. 5 minutes to popular swimming area (lake). 20 minutes to the sea. 35 minutes to Karlskrona and 45 minutes to Kalmar.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

This is the cottage to stay in if you enjoy being surrounded by nature and still be close to most things. Walking and cycling distance to swimming, boat/fishing, outdoor gym and barbecue area, and to Holmsjö center which has a cozy summer cafe, grocery store, Pizzeria, gas station and Flea market in nearby village.

A cozy house in a small village. The house is surrounded by a small piece of forest and has a nice big garden. The front faces south and the back almost feels like living in a cabin in the woods. With different colored floors and the white walls, it is not a house you come across very often. With lots of light coming in through the large windows and a mix of new and old furniture, it creates a cozy atmosphere! Perfect for 2 people with a small child or dog.
