Great location in the center of town. Brian is amazing to communicate with and answered all our questions before our stay. We had a fabulous time on the island, we will have to go back and will definitely rebook.

Asides from the beauty of the Bahamas and all its glory Robert was BEYOND AMAZING as a host, anytime I need anything or had a question I never waited he was always responsive, covered one of our ferry rides because his personal boat guy had an emergency and was out of town the first day we checked in and he was very admit about us having the best time and not stressing out and anything. He had people for our taxi ride and for boating around the island. He was incredibly friendly and caring. His place is a dreamy little island cottage that’s so cozy and beautiful your view from your bed is just WOW. 10/10, 5 stars would highly recommend booking with him and will definitely book again with him in the future when we return.

It was the perfect house for my bachelorette trip! The single beds and three bathrooms were amazing along with the very spacious living/kitchen area! Amazing location, close to GTC & cocoa bay beach! Will for sure be coming back!

Gregory was responsive, considerate, and easy to work with. Jennie, the property manager, was very friendly and super helpful! This house was probably the best Airbnb that I've ever stayed in - the layout, amenities, proximity to everything, and view made it extremely comfortable! Jennie and her husband helped her our luggage to amd from the ferry amd suggested businesses to patronize and things to do. We loved it here and plan to come back soon!
