My romantic, detached, simple wooden house is located away from hectic everyday life, in Prättigau at 1250 meters above sea level with wonderful views of the Grisons mountains. Nearby towns are Klosters 30 minutes, Davos 45 minutes, Chur 30 minutes away. The Prättigau is great for hiking and biking. My beloved place is consciously for those guests who are not looking for entertainment and luxury, but nature. Village shop 10 minutes by car, Berghaus Fideriser Heuberge at 2000 meters above sea level with restaurant 20 minutes. We rent from May to October.

Cozy 3-room apartment

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a Walser house built in 1937 and was gently renovated in 2019. The charm of the 80s has been preserved and supplemented with elements of modern times. According to the traditional construction (family house), the house is not soundproof from the outside or the inside. This means that the roommates are occasionally (sometimes more, sometimes less) audible. Therefore, we ask the respective tenants to be considerate and to be a little quieter when dancing the waltz :)

2-room apartment on the sunny slope in Küblis

I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. Beautiful partially furnished 2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Küblis. In all rooms, there is a new floor with underfloor heating as well as a completely new bathroom. The small apartment is very simple but nice. The apartment is integrated into the single-family house in a sunny and quiet location. Large parking space available.

"Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

Small cozy apartment on the farm

The small (about 30 square meters) and cozy 2 1/2 room apartment is located on the sunny side just above Küblis near the hamlet of Tälfsch. The apartment is idyllically located on a farm. Also possible for an extra charge a crib, high chair etc. almost everything available! (Price on request). In winter, there is the possibility to ski or sled in nearby Klosters/Davos, Fideris (Heuberge) or Grüsch (Danusa). In summer there are many beautiful hiking trails and mountain lakes.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Cozy apartment in Saas /Klosters-Serneus

Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m² with separate entrance. The bedroom is in the attic on the second floor. Bed size: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for another person is located in the living/kitchen area. Wi-Fi and parking are included in the price. Additional costs to be paid locally in cash Tourist tax: 5.50 per adult/night, 2.60 per child/night (6-12 years). Guest card benefits, free use of train and bus from Küblis - Davos.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Here you can relax in absolute tranquility in the mountains and really unwind. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families. Wi-Fi is available and thus also home office from the mountains possible.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
