Ce logement indépendant avec son jardin privatif est attaché à notre maison ancienne au cœur d’une belle campagne. Refait à neuf en juillet 2021, il convient parfaitement à 2 personnes, (literie neuve et modulable). A 10 min de Nérac, jolie ville historique, à 30 min d’Agen et à 1h30 de Bordeaux ou Toulouse.

WC and private bathroom. Possibility to access the pool in the summer, in the heart of the countryside. Breakfast possible by reservation and depending on availability. ( bread, 1 baked goods per person, a hot drink, a fruit juice, homemade jam) €9 per person.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. We are located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the quays of the Baïse and a 5-minute drive from the villages of Lavardac and Barbaste. The attic is independent of our house.
