I’m going to run out of room because there is so much to say about this amazing experience. I’ll start with check-in being an absolute breeze. There were only a couple of guests the night that I checked in, so the staff knew exactly who I was when I walked up and had my key ready to go. I was taken up to my room and I was surprised how quiet it was. The boat may be nearly 100 years old, but I felt right at home and didn’t worry too much about lounging on the comfy furniture and deck chairs provided by the host. This is a museum you can rent a room in, so I had to take the tour and see the rest of the boat that is closed otherwise. Amazing. Our guide - Jake - recommend Big Al’s pizza for a sub and I checked that out. Delicious! I was also able to do a little fishing in between sightseeing in the area and felt like I was in my backyard. The bathrooms and shower were exactly as described and always available. I have NO complaints and only high praise for this amazing experience!

This was our second stay at this beautiful cabin, and we are already planning our stay for next summer. Amanda is by far the best host I have encountered with Airbnb. She is incredibly responsive and friendly, and she goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The cabin is so charming and clean and has everything you could possibly need. We love that it is nestled among the woods, while being right across from Lake Michigan. Manistee is a great place to explore, with a fantastic beach, restaurants, cute shops, and a lovely public library. It’s great for an adult trip, but it’s also super kid-friendly. We are so grateful for Amanda and her cabin. If you are thinking about booking, do it! You will be so happy you did! ♥️

We had a wonderful stay at Alicia’s place. The condo was as described and very clean. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The place was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 small children to spread out and feel at home for our weekend visit. It was walkable to the beach and was a very quiet neighborhood. Loved the indoor pool! We will tell others about this place and be booking a return visit next summer!

Nothing beats a lakefront view. Stellar sunrise and sunsets from 3rd floor, 2 balconies. A bread shop w breakfast and lunch sandwiches across the street. Walkable to downtown, near dispensary and breweries with food. Beach access is a 2 minute walk ACROSS THE STREET. Great for kids, splash park a 10 minute on shore bike/walk path. We can’t wait to come back🤩🍒🍻

The A-Frame at Finch Creek - Secluded w/ Hot Tub

Had a great stay with our two kids (3.5 and 6 yrs old). They were able to share the second downstairs bedroom and had their own bathroom. The place was just like the pictures, very beautiful. Had tons of fun exploring the area, our favorite places were the Grass River Natural area down the street, downtown Bellaire for the brewery and candy store and ice cream store, King Orchard further north was great for the kids, and finally we spent two days at Antrim Beach to play in the sand and look for rocks. Cooked a lot in the kitchen and made smores on the firepit a few times. The only negative is that the house is near a road so although it is very quiet and peaceful, there are occasional cars going by which you can't see but only hear.

This is our second time staying here. Super clean and lots of stuff to use while at the property!. Beautiful location and quick access to the beach. Also noticed the new floors and furniture. We plan on making this our go to place to stay when in Manistee!
