The apartment is well located, close to the beach, center, bakeries and restaurants, without needing a car for nothing. The apartment is very good, André responds super fast, we were greeted with agility at checkin and the checkout was super flexible regarding the departure time. The only negative points are the garage that is small (but we have been warned and are in the listing) and difficult to maneuver and not have a washing machine, which for a stay of more days would be necessary (this was not our case).

Amanda's home and her family is spectacular. Great for pleasant family time. Super spacious, well-equipped with cookware and super-equipped for the activities that the house provides. The great location is also. Near the beach and near the city center. The beach is quiet, the neighborhood quiet and family friendly. The facilities are excellent, and the location is very good, 100 meters from the beach and between Torres and Capao do Canoa. It's an ideal strategic location to get to know the surroundings of Arroio do Sal. The center is 3 km from the house and is very nice and lively!! The pool area is much nicer than in the photos, we were pleasantly surprised! 100% recommended, you get peace and quiet and if you want some action there's also some nearby! Come meet Milene, you won't regret it!!!

Everything is fine, I did not remember that it is a single environment but it is clear in the notice. All the other,well and I forgot one detail:there are 3 folding chairs and 1 umbrella available to take to the beach,that's great! And the covered garage with a remote control gate!

The place is spacious and very neat. It has spacious spaces for the whole family. Swimming pool and beachfront home. Nearby amenities. I recommend it for summer for the type of beach. Just as a suggestion I would add 2 more chairs in the dining table since the house is for 8 and there were 6 chairs. For people who are going from afar maybe they could offer extra cost linens, towels and bed coat

From the first moment Celso was very attentive. The apartment is excellent as well as shows in the photos. The view to the sea is beautiful, all in great condition. Comfortable beds and sofas, great bath. In front of the beach, quiet place, but easily walk to the center. We only have compliments. We will definitely be back.

Great apartment and location. The experience and stay were very worthwhile. Just because we have a 3-year-old, a microwave was needed, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. There is no parking, which initially worried me, but I felt safe at all times and we had no problems. We will definitely return.
