Great place and perfect location. If I come back to Tivoli there is where I would stay.

The owner was super precise in giving me directions to get to the accommodation and then always super helpful for any questions/needs. The apartment was as in the photos, very tidy, clean and with the atmosphere of a home where you can spend a few days relaxing

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. Thank you Leila.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Alessia’s place was everything we could wish for! Charming, well-located and so clean. Very spacious as well! We’re already thinking of coming back and bringing our family! Tks so much Alessia and Sara for everything ❤️

Fabrizio was an amazing host, he gave lots of lovely recommendations, from ice cream cafes when we were visiting somewhere on the way to Frosinone, to magnificent abbeys for day trips. The apartment was lovely, had a super kitchen with dishwasher. Lovely master bedroom with ensuite, second bathroom, comfy bed. It also had a lovely terrace to sit outside and enjoy the birdsong 😊

Liliana was always very helpful and very friendly. The apartment was perfect for our stay. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxation. We were able to explore the beautiful Monte Livata and have lots of fun in nature. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything. Great accommodation in a quiet location but close to the center within walking distance. Cleanliness ok. The house is super equipped. Daniele responds very quickly to any requests. Recommended.

A lovely apartment in the mountains.

He was really a very friendly, sincere and very helpful host, he helped us a lot in everything, the house was extremely clean, very convenient and very affordable, thank you very much for everything.

It's not my first time using this place and I find it comfortable and quiet. Some small shortcomings I previously reported have been resolved. Hope to come back

A fabulous place to stay in Tivoli. The train was about a 10 minute walk and could take you to Rome quickly but being able to return to the place in Tivoli was the best. Lots of shopping and sights to see in Tivoli!

I had a wonderful day with my girlfriend. Marco was very kind and super welcoming. The apartment was fantastic, not to mention the hot tub. Can't wait for me to come back!

We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

Melanie was a great host: she was responsive and gave us clear directions. Upon arrival we found everything very tidy, clean, and instructions for using the hot tub. We really enjoyed the wine offered from their production. Great place to take a moment to relax. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

Marco is available and very professional. The house is clean and spacious, the view is very nice. The private spa was a must repeat, all immersed in a country with a magical atmosphere (I recommend visiting cat lovers as there are so many nice cats).
