We stayed in this apartment with great pleasure. The house is very welcoming, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with everything you need to cook on your own. A great point in favor is the possibility of parking the car on the property. Also, all rooms were super clean, the cleanliness was really impeccable. Cristian is a kind, helpful and attentive host. He was very flexible with the arrival time and made us find a basket with drinks and breakfast products, a very welcome welcome. Throughout the stay, communication was always simple and punctual. We highly recommend this apartment and thank Cristian for hosting!

I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

Franco was a wonderful host, and we really enjoyed our time at his airbnb! The place was cozy, clean, and easy to access, and Franco helped us to feel right at home. Very easy to travel around the area. Would recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

I had a good experience at this accommodation 😊 The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, very well equipped and exactly as described in the ad. The location is easy access to bus and metro and has a supermarket and McDonald's right in front. Host was very friendly and attentive from the start — always available to answer our questions and give helpful recommendations. The location is located in a more peripheral area of Rome, without the usual presence of tourists, which can be an advantage for those looking for a more local experience. However, this also implies spending more time on public transport to get to the center and the main tourist spots. Overall, it was a good base to explore Rome, with a good value ratio 👍🏼

Andrea was a lovely host, giving us lots of recommendations for restaurants nearby to the apartment and across Rome, as well as checking in with us throughout our stay. The apartment was just as described, in a beautiful, peaceful location with easy transport connections for throughout the city. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Lovely spacious apartment in a gorgeous lively area with lots of character. Close to public transport. Apartment was v spacious and very clue. It was above a bar that was a little noisy on the Friday but it didn’t bother us at all. We would def stay again!

Perfect apartment, tastefully cared for in detail, wonderful view of the lake in the picturesque historic center of Nemi. Too bad for the barracks under the apartment that starts activities at dawn, but it was still worth it!

Host was fast at responding and really helpful! Allowing us extra time for checkout and providing a list of suggestions about the local area. Room was great, Cosy felt at home with a great view over Roma!

We were lucky to stay with our children at Jette's property surrounded by olive trees, a large and beautiful swimming pool, flowers and a view that cannot be compared to anything else. Jette and Antonio were friendly hosts where they welcomed us late at night with open arms and with great hospitality. We communicated well in advance and started the first breakfast with homemade apricot jam and bread that they were kind enough to fix for us before arrival. We wanted to experience the authentic Italy, which we absolutely did in terms of area, culture and food - all based on tips from Jette and her husband. We highly recommend this place, we will be back soon 😊

I stayed in this studio for about a month and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is well furnished, complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and is in a great location: a few steps from the station, but in a quiet and not noisy area. There are supermarkets, a park and all the essential activities in the vicinity. The host was always very kind, helpful and attentive. I absolutely recommend this accommodation, both for short and longer stays

I love Romina's house, in the center of a beautiful town, spacious rooms, elegant interior and decoration, airy, high ceilings, lovely balcony, lake view.The information provided by Romina was very comprehensive and helpful to us.We rested well here, highly recommended.The only flaw is that the bedroom has no air conditioning, so it will be hot in the summer. In addition, the mattress is a bit deformed and collapses in the middle.

A good stay in Domenico's house. Accommodation as described and clean. Domenico is responsive to messages and available, he was accommodating for the arrival. He knows the area well and was able to advise me on bike routes. A plus: towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. The environment is quiet. An excellent restaurant near St Demetrio: Visconti Kitchen.

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

We had stayed here before and enjoyed it. The kitchen was well equipped, very clean and everything was to a very high standard. It's very close to Latina centre and in a quiet street. I would recommend.

We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

This place was truly above and beyond expectations in every aspect — without exception. I genuinely felt like I was in my own home. The location is excellent: just 5 to 7 minutes by car from several malls and shopping centers, around 20 to 30 minutes from the heart of Rome, and about 40 minutes from the Rome outlet. There is also a private parking space in a secure, closed garage — which made everything even more convenient. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommended.

Value was very good. Place was very clean and as shown in the photos. The host was always available and everything was clearly communicated. Although a little far from the city, but directly at the subway station with which you can then get to the city relatively well.

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

We stayed in the apartment during the week of Ed Sheeran's concert. The location is optimal for getting around, 10 minutes from the metro and 10 minutes from the bus stop. We were unlucky because we got a weekend where the vehicles didn't work very well. The apartment was extremely clean, the cleaning lady was very kind, all the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, clean bathrooms and equipped with towels, hair dryer, soap and various accessories. Marco, the host, is very helpful, he allowed us to access first to leave our backpacks. Always available and also gave us tips on where to have lunch. Except for the vehicles, it was a perfect weekend! Thanks again!

My girlfriend and I spent 4 wonderful days in this apartment in Rome. The location is not central but with the metro you can get anywhere in a short time. There are all the comforts, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a fantastic jacuzzi, a kitchen with a supply included, a washing machine, a dining room and even a small relaxation area. The host Francesco was very helpful throughout the vacation and even later his response did not arrive later than a few minutes. We are very grateful to have chosen this apartment and recommend it to everyone.
