Very nice penthouse with large sunny balcony in Alvaneu. Dream location in the middle of the mountains with fantastic views. Old village center with grocery store and restaurant, golf course in Alvaneu Bad only a few minutes away. In the middle of the adventure and hiking area "Naturpark Ela", also many cycling and biking tours possible. Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

A wonderful apartment, high quality of the furniture, the bedding, the entire inventory! Tasteful and no IKEA feeling, very spacious we felt completely comfortable and slept great during the entire week we spent there. The restaurant NIDO on the same premises is also recommended, great Apérol Spritz and nice service!

Just a terrific property. Wonderful view of the golf course below, a waterfall coming out of the mountain across the stream, beautiful mountains. The apartment is very spacious and just terrific and every single way. Well worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was nice, very clean, and looked even better than in the pictures. The view was absolutely stunning, and Nicole was incredibly helpful—she gave us great local tips and even arranged gondola tickets for us as a gift. We highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back again!

We appreciated Chris being so flexible with our arrival/departure as we had car issues. He was very helpful explaining all the house features and providing a drying rack for laundry was ideal. The beds were comfy and as usual - a little mountain town with only a couple access roads and a train you will hear them as they pass through. Had a nice covered outdoor garden area to sit - was a great stay.
