My home is 5 mins walk to the Aviva Stadium for Rugby/ football and American Football and many concerts. Also 2km to the 3 Arena( Concerts etc.) 10 mins walk to the RDS for concert many events and the Horse Show. I'm 15 mins to the conventioncentre.The bus stops outside the house to the city centre 2km. There are many restaurants/cafes and pubs and shops and supermarket 3 mins away. I am also near the beautiful beach ideal for walking or running or just sitting out enjoying the weather. Enjoy.

Charming Stoneybatter cottage

Named the coolest place in Ireland by TimeOut, Stoneybatter has many great cafés, restaurants, pubs & shops, & is just a 20min walk from the city centre. This 2-bed cottage is available as a 1-bed space, & can accommodate 1-2 people. NB: this is my home & is only available on occasion. You may find some of my belongings, food & drinks here - some guests may prefer a space solely set up as a short-term rental. Also, a dog lives here, so may not be the best fit for those with allergies.
