Comfortable home in beautiful surroundings. Really responsive and friendly host. En-suite bathrooms to each bedroom and the beds were super comfy. Great parking and charger for electric car - lovely walks nearby along the river and the horse in the field behind had just given birth to a foal so our daughter was mesmerised. Oh I forgot the hot tub - that was great too!

What a wonderful place for a peaceful break away. The house was so comfortable with all the amenities needed. The hot tub was a lovely addition too! My son, who loves wildlife photography, absolutely adored the river. He spent every possible moment down there photographing Kingfishers! I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves birds and wildlife.

We had a superb few days at Gemma and Andrew’s cottage. Burythorpe is a beautiful place, the village is really quaint and we were lucky to have some amazing weather. We were greeted with a lovely message from Gemma and bottle of complimentary bubbles which we would never say no to. Gemma was responsive but left an amazing guidebook (and website link) which was really helpful in planning our stay and stated every question we had for use of things inside the cottage. We visited The Pheasant with our newborn and had a really great lunch, the rest of our time in Malton and relaxing at the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful outdoor space, prepped with everything you’ll need for a BBQ, hot tub and Gemma even left little bits like oil, pasta, spices etc. It’s really nice to stay with a host who has meticulously planned everything you might need or forget especially with my baby brain! Thanks so much to Gemma and Andrew, we highly recommend staying and hope to return soon!

Spent 3 lovely peaceful days here! The place is spotless. Easy to check in, but quite a late one for standard check in times. Even with surrounding neighbours there was minimal disturbance.

Booked for our 20th wedding anniversary and used for a base to explore Skipton and a day out in York. Close enough to Skipton to enjoy the town and the night life. The Granary was immaculate. Hot Tub amazing and already planning a second visit. The location is stunning, peaceful and we enjoyed every minute .

we were very impressed with Nicholas house very clean and equipped every thing we needed was there and more Location was great close to restrauants and Thirsk where we had lunch . could not fault it Will definitely go again

The barn owl cottage is in the perfect location in Masham close to all amenities. Our hosts provided very detailed check-in information. The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

this was my second stay and I would happily stay again. Clean and comfortable in a beautiful position. Rosie is always quick to respond to messages and helpful.

Stayed for a couple of nights to explore the Dales. Lovely, cute cottage with everything you’d need. Private garden was ideal for the dog to stretch his legs and some fantastic walks literally from the doorstep. Carole was always on hand for advice and local knowledge! Would definitely come back and stay again

We had such a beautiful stay, Sarah's property was just what we needed. We will be back again for certain. The property smelt beautiful the moment you entered the door, it is finished beautifully. The beds are comfortable. The views are magnificent. Local pubs, restaurants and amenities are welcoming and delicious.

The cottage was exactly what was listed and what we were looking for. The Host was always responsive and friendly with many helpful details. Wonderful place with the comfiest bed ever. Such Wonderful views. watching the swallows. Everything we needed for a couple of nights. Would have loved some milk in the fridge but not too far to local farm shop to stock up.

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay. The cottage was a perfect haven for a relaxing holiday. The scenery was breathtaking, and we spent much of the time gazing out of the window at the dramatic weather and wildlife. We wished we could have stayed longer! We had a great stay in Hawes, the house had everything we needed. Hawes and surrounding areas are beautiful. Diane left some suggestions of things to do and we did the waterfall in Hardraw, and the highest inn in England, both fantastic.

We absolutely adored our stay in the Little Barn. We felt so at home there. Everything about it was really comfortable - the sofa, the bed (REALLY comfy!), the furnishings, and the warmth of the place (good heating). The kitchen had all that we needed, and we loved being able to use the outdoor pizza oven, enjoying homemade pizzas and a bottle of Prosecco on the last night (Rebecca had very kindly left us the Prosecco and lots of other lovely things; eggs, coffee capsules for the coffee machine, some lovely chocolate - thank you so much!). The surroundings are really cool - the moors are so different to what we’re used to (coming from Hampshire/Surrey) and the walks through them and out onto the Dales were just spectacular. The view from the cottage was very cute; sheep and rabbits nearby. The cottage has books in it with great suggestions as to what to do/where to go, which we used to plan our outings. Truly a wonderful stay and we will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous little cottage in a peaceful setting , private garden ideal for our dog! Lots to do around and about , lots of info at cottage about local pubs and food Some Airbnb’s don’t have anything inside re kitchen items , this has salt pepper oil, washing up liquid , laundry tabs, cleaning items, dog bowls and spare dog bags . It even had a picnic bag with plates glasses etc 5 star accommodation we will return

When we arrived we were greated by Carolyn and Brian, Brian was just about to take Ruby (the dog) for a walk so Carolyn showed us around the apartment, it's a beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend it. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom/shower room is immaculate! The scenery is stunning and we managed to see the deer and a barn owl too!! We just wish we could have stayed longer!! Fernbeck Cottage is everything you would want in a Yorkshire get away. It is so lovely , like many others we return time and time again. This beautiful cottage deserves six stars . Everything about it is very special from its perfect location to the high standards throughout the cottage. Vicky and Matthew are the most wonderful hosts. We came away from our visit thinking, when could we visit again . Fernbeck Cottage should be used as a benchmark for all Airbnb hosts.

If I could give this Airbnb a 10, I would absolutely give it a 10. I had the best time while staying there. Beautiful flowing stream just makes it even more relaxing when the windows are open. The Debra Cottage is so beautiful and more. Cozy, safe, and lots of trail hiking nearby. I can’t recommend the cottage more as I just loved it and felt right at home.
