The apartment is set back from the seafront and has wonderful views over the rooftops to the beach and sea. It is lovely to spend time on the balcony which enjoys shade for most of the day - facing East. The rooms are large and have beautiful paintings on the walls. Hosts were very responsive to necessary requests for essential items - and very helpful generally. There was something lacking in the standard - of some of the equipment and of maintenance of the apartment - expected for the price paid, but this may be put right in time.

The place is great, once you find it. Location is walking distance from the beach, shops, eateries, pubs and the old town, wonderful. But slightly isolated at night as still the area is being developed. The building externally is not great but the apartment itself was comfortable, roomy, cheerful and modern.

We loved staying here- it's a beautifully decorated apartment with an amazing view and balcony, it was very relaxing to spend time here. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was close to beaches and restaurants. I hope I can come again and will recommend to friends and family.

It is a great choice to be close to the old city and the beach. Local market and bus stops are within minutes walking. The airport shuttle is a minute away. The apartment is ok for two persons, has the necessary amenities and the host has clear instructions, is responsive and nice.

Very comfortable apartment, kitchen, toilet and great rooms. The location is a bit far but if you rent a car or motorbike it does not affect. Very recommended!

I have been traumatised by many Airbnb hosts in Cyprus since my arrival in January and had to change housing 3 times. But when I got to Alexey's place, WOOOOOOOOW! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LISTING. GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOST, GREAT APARTMENT, VERY CLEAN, FEELS LIKE HOME IMMEDIATELY, GREAT VIEW TO THE SEA, LOVELY BALCONIES, YES, TWO:) WITH GREAT VIEWS AND WONDERFUL DINING AREA. GREAT BED, GREAT EVERYTHING. AN ADDED BONUS IS THAT EVEN THOUGH ALEXEY'S PLACE IS LESS THAN 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH AND AT THE HEART OF THE CITY, ITS NOT NOISY. LARNACA IS SOOOOOOO NOISY TO A POINT WHERE I WAS BEGINNING TO HATE IT. BUT THIS AMAZING APARTMENT IS QUITE. GREAT FOR LONG STAY GUESTS WHO ARE IN CYPRUS FOR WORK LIKE MYSELF. THANK YOU ALEXEY FOR BEING A GREAT HOST. THANK YOU FOR MAKING SURE THE ELEVATOR GOT FIXED RIGHT AWAY WHEN IT STOPPED WORKING.
