Modern sports cottage with 6 beds of about 80 sqm with a lot of a lot! Built in 2014. Nice and quiet location overlooking the valley and ski area. Close to the center of the shell (1,5 km walkway). Close to hiking trails and cross-country trails. In winter, you can get to and from the ski system via the marked ski trail. For those interested in fishing, it is close to lakes and streams. Here you have proximity to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice rink, ski trails on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Perfect accommodation for those of you who want to enjoy relaxation and nature in the mountains. Cross-country trails and hiking trails pass through the area and the ski slopes are a couple of minutes' drive away. There is room for 4 guests and it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation with comfortable beds, a fireplace and sauna.
