Three minute walk from the harbor and three minute walk to the beach. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and Toto washlet. Shared hot tub, 91 degree heated pool, and outdoor shower. Shared roof deck with a 360 degrees view of the Pines. Small gym beneath the house. New construction (2018).

The DEN-I-ZEN House with Ocean Views - FI Pines

This is the DEN-I-ZEN House in Fire Island Pines. Our home has a communal vibe that offers privacy and space for between 8-10 people. Two rooms have bunks and there are 2 full shared baths in the center of the house. Lounge spaces on two outdoor deck areas plus a platform on the adjacent lot with a hot tub. This south facing home has ocean views and sounds plus sun all day long with a wall of windows.

This lovingly restored and thoughtfully updated property is a true piece of island history, offering timeless charm in a serene, private setting. The guest cottage (queen bed) is sometimes available as a standalone rental - inquire if you’re interested.
