Cozy yet roomy house - windows everywhere! Relax on a large private front deck under a giant tree surrounded by bamboo. Or enjoy some sun on a smaller rear deck We are a 5 minute walk to town (bars, restaurants, market, and ferry) and 5 minutes to the ocean. Enjoy the use of bicycles, beach chairs, towels and wagon. Large outdoor shower to use after a day at the beach - plus two showers inside. Spacious open kitchen - great for cooking and socializing. Central AC. You will love this house!

Newly renovated home steps from the beach, the bay and the ferry. Extra high ceilings with sunlight streaming into every room. After a day at the beach, enjoy the large outdoor shower, grill and lounge area. Take a glass of wine and portable speakers to the clawfoot tub or indulge in the rain shower. Get some exercise with four new bikes and beach games or ping pong, foosball, air hockey and darts under the house. Two extra twin mattresses for guests with crisp white linens. Fast Wifi.

Our home is a two minute walk to the beach. Minutes from a grocery store and island restaurant! There are bikes to go to other towns bars and restaurants. We have a summer grill and a surfboard! We don't host parties and quiet time is 11 considering neighbors across the road. Fire island is only accessible by ferry. Parking is at fire island ferries. On the off season months we recommend shopping on the main land for food, as the island pioneer hours are few.

Beach front on the water. This paradise hosts its own private beach located on the bay. The house is close to the ferry and easily accessible to restaurants and everything Fire Island has to offer. The house boasts an outdoor shower, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, an indoor full bathroom, half bath, and a grill. Located on the 2nd floor and has views of the bay, beach, and sunset from every direction. Perfect for a family get away or a couple looking to have a romantic trip.

60’s modern/retro, award-winning (design) house. 45 secs to beach. Spacious, clean, social- well suited for groups and families (up to 10 max please, 8 is ideal). We've been doing a lot of improvements this winter! Fabulous retro mid house, open-roofed porch. BBQ, Outdoor shower, Hardwood floors, lots of light. 3 minutes from the ferry/ restaurants, but on a quiet street. Appliances and mattresses regularly replaced. Professionally cleaned weekly
